The design and quality of the cover is very good, but the paper inside is so thin! I could not find a pen or pencil that is not visible through the paper on the back. Lots of papers show “ghosting” with certain pens, but I could read every letter from the back even when writing lightly in pencil.

I like the customized hard front cover and size of planner. I hate that the pages are a little thin. When I write with the paper mate flare pens or highlights it’s bleeds through to other side slightly. Black and blue ink would pop through too. I also do not like that the lines and wording came in a very light grey causing it to almost disappears once you start to write in the planner. I’ll have to hold off on the 2025 planner.

I love the layout and design, but I was disappointed in the thickness of both the paper and the cover. I take my planner with me everywhere, and I don’t think it will last the year because it’s so flimsy.

My planner came in the rain when I was also out of the house. When I got home the box was soaked and the planner was partially damaged by the water that soaked through.

I loved my wellness journal notebook. The packaging is so cute and all of the pages are thoughfully curated. I also ordered a ball point pen. I would have given a five star review, but I paid extra for the shipping upgrade, and the ball point pen arrived late. That was extremely disappointing given that I paid extra to have it arrive earlier.

I liked the design and the company were good in that it came promptly etc. However I was a bit disappointed by the quality as the cover just feels like a thin card and is very flexible rather than stiff so I'm not sure it will last the year.

Upon delivery the pages where bent and just hadn't been packaged well and the front cover is very thin and not as high quality as i would have liked from a £22 book.

I love the aesthetics of my planner, I was disappointed that it's not a hard-back, its a bit flimsy considering the price, I think I would go to a physical shop in future to save money and get exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm really pleased with my new diary, however I had a few issues receiving it. I was told by royal mail that the address was unreadable on the parcel so they were returning it to sender. I contacted Papier and they were really helpful and quick to send out another one, and assured me that the returned diary would be recycled properly. The original diary did end up actually making it to me after I had spoken to royal mail however all the pages were in the wrong order making it slightly useless as a diary. If I hadn't already got another one on the way I would have been more annoyed and had to organise another one. Thankfully the second diary seems fine. Really good costumer service but just slightly annoyed by the waste caused by a lack of attention to detail.

The wrong order showed up. It was a disappointing experience, was unable to give my wife her birthday gift. Overall, the album looked nice, it was just the wrong album.

The planner I ordered is very cute and the layout is well thought out and as shown. However, I am quite disappointed in the quality of the cover. It is like a coated thin cardstock, Where as I expected, and would have preferred a thin plastic or cardboard cover as it is more durable.

Quality of card was not great for the price, and delivery took 6 days instead of next day delivery so it missed the event.

I really love the front but I would have liked the back to be blank so that we can write on that side as well.. it would be great if there was an option on the classic or thin boarder cards to have a white back…

Everything except for the sticky notes (which aren’t sticky) is excellent quality. I’d like a pocket in the diary, or an elastic band round it - for important things that I need to have in it.

Thought my books were very expensive for paper and photo quality, particularly given I bought three books. Also the text on front of book was over the photo and I’m sure this wasn’t the case in the preview.

Had a papier academic planner last year and was very pleased with it, so I got a midyear one for this year, because I’m not in school any longer. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with this one and wouldn’t order again. The paper is thinner and feels cheap, all of the nonsense holidays (international day or happiness? World book day?) weren’t on my previous planner and use up space and doesn’t add anything, and the layout is bad but I don’t want to go back to the academic planner because it had a lot of extra stuff.
