I’ve ordered two things from Papier. Wedding thank you cards which were lovely quality and a Father’s Day mini photobook which was awful quality. In future I’ll only order printed items that I can get a sample of first and won’t use Papier for photo books in future.

The mid year diary is lovely, although would be nicer with a fabric cover. The pens unfortunately are dry and don't work. The customer service was excellent and they sent me a new packet, but unfortunately they are also dry so I can't give a good review for the product.

Lovely notebook, but it arrived without the personalised gift card. Contacted customer services who responded quickly. I was informed that unfortunately they don't send gift cards separately so gave me a 10% refund. No personalised gift card made the gift less special. I won't order from this company again.

I really love my new academic planner, but I have noticed a quality difference in quality from the one I purchased last year. The interior paper is much less thick and silky, and the handband (the fabric portion of the binding) is off center. Overall though I love the cover options, as they are so unique and colorful, I just wish that the quality felt more consistent. I don't have a lot of faith that as the company grows that they won't be cutting down on the quality.

I think it took an unnaturally long time for my TWO samples to be delivered even after I paid extra for tracking (which was an absolute waste of money). That makes me wonder just how long it would take to deliver over 100 save the dates/invites.

Easy to put together by dragging photos onto the image. Unfortunately the quality of the print is hugely diminished by the fact that the paper used to print onto is not thick enough and this means the framed print is wrinkly and cheap looking. Disappointed- I love the quality of the notepads!

Things I liked: the quality and appearance of the stationery I ordered. The product received was exactly as it appeared on my computer. What I didn’t like as much: the envelopes were plain white and so didn’t match the stationery. There was no option for coordinating envelopes.

We recieved a personalized free sample for our Save the Date and glad we checked. The quality of the picture was poor. The picture was not crisp. It almost looked blurred. Colors looked muted. The black font was more like grey. The picture was not centered correctly, which was the worst thing probably. Would not have wanted my loved ones to recieve something like that.

Ordered notecards because I loved the wave design. Unfortunately, the cards were not trimmed evenly and the border was not equal on all sides. Additionally, the card stock was cream colored, but the cards came with white envelopes rather than matching the stock color. It was disappointing; all in all the stationary looks like I produced it myself instead of a professionally printed job.

got a mid-year planner from papier last year and LOVED it. just received my planner for this year and it appears the quality has declined slightly. design is not as crisp. still a lovely planner though!

The item arrived really quickly but the photo quality is poor - they are fuzzy and the colour has darkened from the original photos. It doesn’t look like the online generator. Just be aware that you trade off high quality for quick production.

Good quality but the design I had put together was changed during printing - some images I had inserted had been rotated which is annoying as it cost £60 and is a memorial book for a funeral.

I have always used Papier products but this last experience has made me rethink where I may buy my writing materials from. My order didn’t arrive and after I contacted customer service they couldn’t deliver in time for my wedding. My order was originally made with plenty of time. The best apology was not to be charged for the delivery the second time round. Very disappointed.

Cards are beautiful but no card I have sent has arrived on time despite paying for first class stamp delivery. Obviously not paying £8 to send a card express, so just opted for a different service now.

We've ordered from Papier before with no issues, however, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of our thank you cards. The printing seemed very light compared to the image.
