“Products are good quality. Quick delivery. Prices are reasonable if buying in UK. Would give 5 stars if there was a shop in Ireland, as shipping and tax make the costs unreasonable if trying to ship.”

“The Osmio Zero is fantastic unit and we are really pleased with its design and how every component has been well thought about. Our only minor request for future improvement is to try and increase the temperature of the boiling water. I have measured at circa 94-95 degrees and whilst hot enough to brew it is not as hot as a freshly boiled kettle. However, the benefit of removing the need of a kettle is a big positive for us. I highly recommend the unit after our first months use.”

“Almost perfect! We have 2 countertop units and the first was perfect, unfortunately the second one has one flaw, the initial water (half a cup) has strong plastic taste, but after that the water is good. I was wondering if the newer unit has different tubes which give this taste? But all in all, great product!”

“We hired the machine for personal use as a family experiment. It is too early to say whether the efficacy of the Brown's Gas on family members' health is positive. So our review comments here are reserved for the set-up and maintenance of the machine. The people at Osmio Water, Mark and Irina in particular, couldn't have been more helpful. And this was important as the Training Manual was at times unclear. In the event, Mark set up the machine for us and demonstrated topping it up. We picked the machine up from their premises, along with the Distilling machine. Overall, I like the machine, but there is a learning curve involved. Thanks again to Mark and Irina. I doubt without their helpfulness we would have persevered.”

“So pleased to find a water filter that's made by a UK based company! Love the set up, sturdier than I thought it would be, because of where they tap is positioned you do lose a fair bit of filtered water but not a major issue, my only concern is when the lid is on tight it can be a challenge to lift it off, this does scare me as I don't want to smash the filter if I pull the lid too hard so I just place it on top instead. All in all absolutely love it, would recommemd it.”

“Excellent machine. Happy with the function and the hot water on demand, thats a great feature. The only gripe is the drip tray is too small (shallow) for a water jar to be placed on it without uaving to hold the jar or detach the drip tray from the machine. Would be great if the drip tray incorporated and slideable extension and a stronger magnet to hold the tray attached to the machine, also the feet on the drip tray a narrow relative to the tray itself, a large object such as a water jug does not feel stable sitting on the tray and can be tipped easily.”

“Osmio's were the best price I could find for a pair of replacement Berkey water filters and delivery was fast however; considering that they are just tubes of activated carbon, @ £118 to me, they appear to be overpriced. I appreciate that this isn't Osmio's fault but we are talking about a low tech product and surely it's possible to manufacture them here in the UK at a lower cost.”
