“My wife complained about the taste of the water in our area. So I fitted an Osmio filter. No more company's. It is true what is said. " A happy wife means a happy life". Thank you Osmio.”

“The new filters were different and you supplied new connectors. These were not fit for purpose for 2 reasons: They were non directional. They pointed in whatever direction they pointed when tightened. They leaked. Fairly important this one! Apparently we could add PTFE tape to solve this. I have this item, but as it was my dad who was a plumber, not me, I have failed to make this substance work. This time was no different, lots of water on the floor. However; after the useless originals, a new set of fittings was supplied in 24 hours. These solved all issues. I felt that I was still a bit lucky, because the fittings are much bigger than the originals, which were "tight" and although it appeared that this would mean that I still wouldn't have a working product, a few pipe movements (no new cutting) produced success.”

“Good customer service for technical issues. They got back to me within the same day and on a Sunday! Very impressed. Items delivered with in a day or ordering. Would be 5 star but I think the products are over priced.”

“Osmio ethos seems very good, dedicated to the well being of people.products seem well made, time will tell as it's only 3days old.Everyone are friendly and helpful. Fast delivery, albeit mine was packaged on Christmas Eve and box came damaged and plastic couplings were different. I installed it myself, a daunting feat for a mediocre plumber. Water felt smooth on skin and hair immediately after. Water was coloured for the first day but now clear. Tastes better than it used to, thank goodness. TDS reads 10 higher than before install. Again with the office staff, nothing seems too much for them. Hoping for many happy years to come with Osmio and our whole house , softened system. We love the simplicity and eco friendly nature of the mini soft non-salt softener too.”

“Had the Osmio for 2 weeks now, it was very simple to set up and get started. The water is good and tastes as good as bottled although it takes a few days to adjust to the taste. There are 2 things that stopped me giving 5 stars. 1. The dial moves to freely so when you say your making tea it can move back to chilled water very quickly & 2. The water for tea isn't boiling for the first few drops which does make a difference to how hot the tea is! You have to leave for a few seconds before adding the cup.”

“very good machine, it dose waste about 1.5 lt's of water each cycle not 1 lt also the tds measurement dose go up slightly over the course of a couple of months, other than that I am very happy with it 👍🏼”

“Easy to fit Would be a good idea to put a label on so consumer can mark a date of fitting and also a reminder of where to purchase again as it has absolutely no marking on whatsoever. Really good results and so nice to have drinkable water straight from the tap. I purchased 2 and will fit the other one in my caravan so will let you know results”

“We love it. However one of the filters leans up against the edge of the container which doesn’t feel right. It obviously still works but after taking out a few times and re-screwing it back in it still does it. Our friends one doesn’t do this. Overall though the product is excellent and our water tastes so much better. Delivery was excellent.”
