Excellent machine. Happy with the function and the hot water on demand, thats a great feature. The only gripe is the drip tray is too small (shallow) for a water jar to be placed on it without uaving to hold the jar or detach the drip tray from the machine. Would be great if the drip tray incorporated and slideable extension and a stronger magnet to hold the tray attached to the machine, also the feet on the drip tray a narrow relative to the tray itself, a large object such as a water jug does not feel stable sitting on the tray and can be tipped easily.
