“The people I've been in contact with have been very helpful, and the two things I'\ve ordered have arrived promptly (well, one went to the wrong place but that was DPD's fault, not Osmio's). The proof of the pudding will come when I actually tyry to fit them,”

“Having had our Osmio Duo now for several months it felt right to now review it. The unit looks great with the led light really finishing it off highlighting all those health giving bubbles. The build quality does not let it the looks down very robust with spare gaskets provided. One improvement required would be advance notice of a low battery as it dies just at the wrong time and takes 2 plus hours to charge. Auto cutoff when charging would be a bonus.”

“Delivery very prompt, packaging good, product seems well made and was easy to assemble. I emailed you about the extra pair of washers and you responded promptly. Instructions should be amended to avoid future confusion. First filling of water was cloudy and we poured that away. Water is now v. clear. Filter is easy to fill and easy to dispense. Tastes good.”

“I only bought this part as part of a kit for under the sink water filters late in 2019 so was really disappointed when a considerable leak under my sink was diagnosed as a hair line split in the brassware of this part. I rang Osmio and the lady who answered the phone was really efficient and said she would send me a new feed in valve in the post free of charge. I received the part a couple of days later and my plumber duly fitted it. Thankfully everything is drying out so no apparent long term damage done!”

“Good website and good quality product, arrived quickly, very minor niggle which is that instructions say to apply a sealant / gel which is not included and I wouldn't know what to use so I just did it up very tightly, also missed the black rubber rings in the filter case, not detailed on the instructions so don't know if I am supposed to use one or both. Generally happy and would buy from again”

“Very quick and efficient delivery. The product inner box was crushed on one side (outer box unmarked), but no obvious damage to item. It was a little worrying initially, not to get an online acknowledgment of my order and payment. Thank you.”

“Only just set up and very pleased so far once I got used to it. Had to look at the manual to check I could 'stop the flow' as I only wanted a small amount for my coffee and I was putting another cup under the dispenser of the amount I didn't want! Silly me I should have read the manual! Great demonstrations by the way from that very nice chap.”

“Due to COVID-19 the order was delayed and this was conveyed to me by email. On arrival the only real way I can see for improvement is the explanation of assembly is poor to say the least. Cheapest paper Limited English explanation and terrible diagrams. Eventually managed to make it work with out it leaking”

“we bought an upgraded filter system, the HT+Home and Office Direct Flow. On arrival the equipment was not clean and it was missing several parts. After a couple of call, Irina sorted it out and the system is now working correctly.”
