“Mark and the Osmio team have always been so helpful and responsive to my very very many questions from the early days of choosing the system to installation and now changing filters! “We did our research and compared to the other options in the market, Osmio is really the easiest one to install and maintain. The one we bought is the one which doesn't required any pipes to be connected or any installation really. This options is great for us as we are a couple and therefore we only need to re-fill the water tank once a day on average. I imagine that for a larger household, it'd be best to get an integrated filter for better convenience. Also, did I say that the water actually tastes alright? Well, we were skeptical about it but we do enjoy the taste of the water. Overall a great product.”

“Arrived quickly and was easy to fit. Water tasted fresh. However there is a medicinal scent in the water which I'm hoping will disappear in a couple of days.”

“Product arrived very quickly and was easy enough to install myself. The filtered water does taste fresher. However it does have this medicinal smell to it, perhaps it will disappear within a few days use. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend.”

“Great little unit for a family of 4 Doesn’t take up anymore space than the old kettle did plus is easy to use. Water quality is fab compared to the high amount of chemicals in our tap water”
