“These are replacement units and I have not used them yet. However, the old units performed very well and I have no reason to doubt the new. The ordering & delivery of the new couldn’t be faulted, bar some confusion over virus delivery precautions.”

“Excellent product, with flawless next-day delivery. Quiet, compact, provides great water. Boiling water for tea is almost instant. Only quibbles: dispenser isn't flexible and not enough clearance to fill most bottles. Also, would be better to select water temperature by pressing on icon, and have rotating wheel determine water quantity dispensed. In any case, highly recommended”

“Unfortunately I have been unable to instal the uv as I need some fittings but due to the present situation they are not readily available. The unit looks to be well made and should last for years once installed.”

“Installation has been a nightmare. The Supply tee-off adapter needs better washers to seal and the 1/4 BSP tap cannot be sealed using PTFE tape. The female thread in the body has not been frazed, the edges are so sharp that they strip the PTFE from the small tap before any seal is made. Tomorrow I will re-assemble using Loctite Thread Sealant. I only hope that there are no similar problems with the filter unit!”
