“Osmio have one of the best customer service professionals I've ever seen. I'm liking my Osmio Zero machine, especially the fact I can use it as a kettle as well. If I can suggest any improvements, I'd love to see main components made of metal/stainless steel rather than plastic. Especially the main rotating button (which feels very delicate and I'm afraid it might break/loosen up over time) and the dripping pad. I'd also prefer if the power cable was situated somewhere else (perhaps coming out from under the machine?) - at the moment I can't place the machine directly next to the wall, otherwise the cable would break. Also would be nice to have a slightly stronger magnet for the dripping pad.”

“It’s a great product but needs filling regular maybe due to the fact we are a big family. I do think it could come out a bit faster as just trickles great what it does though ridding us of all the toxinshappy with it”

“An excellent RO filter/kettle. Very high quality machine as well as the filtered water (I have been measuring with my own testers). It does exactly what is says. The Osmio team appears very much enthusiastic about helping people to have better access to purified water, which is also greatly evident from the high end products. I definitely recommend Osmio Fusion (installed version) or Osmio D7 for households over 4 people, unless they do not mind to change the water in Osmio Zero few times a day.”

“The water cleanning cleanning has an impressive results of water cleanning. That’s why we have purchased it. However the instructions for an installation are very poor. We still can't make it work. It’s a pity!!”

“I ordered my Berkey Water Filter system just as the Coronavirus issue started to affect goods and services. Osmio were very prompt in letting me know that they were out of stock and offered a refund. I kept my order and Osmio regularly updated me with information.
