“Easy to install, instant results on the cold water, hot water took a couple of days to let the hot tank refresh with filtered water. Just a note on the threads be aware they are imperial so make sure you have the correct adapters.”

“we bought an upgraded filter system, the HT+Home and Office Direct Flow. On arrival the equipment was not clean and it was missing several parts. After a couple of call, Irina sorted it out and the system is now working correctly.”

“Our Osmio Zero sits proudly on our kitchen work surface and after several days of use still exceeds our expectations. The design and workmanship is outstanding. For example it is a breeze to refil, if it happens to be filtering at a time you choose to empty and refill, lifting the lid stops the filtering until you close the lid down again. Customer service is outstanding too. The boiling or 80deg water function has transformed how we make hot drinks. Indeed it has freed up time and using it you can’t help but consider how just heating a cup full at a time must help save energy. I will update this review in 6 months time following a filter change. Well done Osmio -awesome. As a business man who welcomes feedback a few ideas for an upgrade - Push button or touch sensitive screen to select the water temp might be mildly better than the dial. The ability to change the default dispensing volume would be neat. Not a big enhancement as you can stop the dispense at any stage anyhow. That’s it I think. 🙏🙏🙏”
