“At 65, it’s not often I come across a piece of technology that addresses a problem in such a complete and simple way. For medical reasons I’ve been looking for a while at “under-counter” reverse osmosis systems. All are bulky and space consuming. All waste vast quantities of water, deliver a trickle of water and are awkward to service. The Osmio zero is none of these and even replaces the kettle so it uses very little space on a worktop. Having instantaneous boiling water for tea is more useful than I’d thought and my concerns that the unit might waste electricity were unfounded; it simply heats what you need. I think you’re on to a winner with this product. I have made just one small modification to the base by cutting down a small piece of thick plastic sheet. This goes between the feet and the counter top and allows me to more easily move it for refilling. I’ve also bought the hydrogen bottle. It works but it’s too early to review at this time. Thank you.”

To save trees we stopped offering paper manuals. You can add a paper manual for a whole house systems at the check out - it is free of charge. All our manuals are automatically emailed when an order is placed. Manuals are also available for download from the product page.

“I bought a three way tap and an under sink water filter system. The filter was extremely hard for the plumber to tighten. It needed incredible strength to stop the drip. This has been mentioned by others in reviews. Also, the kettle is starting to get limescale in it and it is only two months old....So not that great....”
