All people I spoke with helpful and polite and replaced the part under guarantee which I hadn't realised was possible. They returned calls and emails quickly and efficiently. “A excellent water filter supported by excellent customer service. After several years of constant use my water filter developed a problem with the heating element. My emails to Osmio were answered very quickly and on the same day. I was sent detailed instructions on how to reset the water filter which worked ok for a few days before the problem returned. I was a little concerned about being without the water filter whilst it was sent back for repair , so I filled 25 bottles with filtered water because our local tap water has so much chlorine in it that it smells like a swimming pool. I sent the filter back to Osmio on a Monday afternoon and received it back and repaired by midday on the Friday of the same week. I still had 10 bottles of water left :-) which can now be used for cooking. I have worked in the support industry for most of my life as a service engineer so I know all about good service. Osmio get full marks and ticks in all the boxes from me. Many thanks Osmio....”

“Good customer service for technical issues. They got back to me within the same day and on a Sunday! Very impressed. Items delivered with in a day or ordering. Would be 5 star but I think the products are over priced.”

“PRO-ll-A Whole House Water Filter System Purchased this product recently and fitted it myself. We’ve been using it for about two weeks and the water tastes excellent. Whilst fitting the filter heads together, I managed to cross thread the plastic male nipple that was supplied with the product, this caused a minor leak so I went and bought a brass one, which I’ll need to swap over soon. Otherwise it’s 5 stars!!”

“I installed the Osmio hole house filter system July 2020 - its the best thing I have done to revolutionize the quality of all the water used in my house. I replaced one of the filters yesterday, the item was delivered very quickly and the installation was quick and easy. I recommend the Osmio system without reservation.”

“the service was outstanding. Quick delivery on time as stated. The product was amazing. I added some water and a few spoons of salt and I had my cleaning solution after 5 minutes. It worked just as advertised on the video. I will recommend this product to my family and friends. Loving OSMIO”
