“Product works- new filters arrived promptly, dribbling water outlet a bit annoying but not a showstopper. Ditto the hottest of the hot water settings not hot enough to make decent tea with tea leaves- it has to be a rolling boil and that's not possible. However as a decent solution to the surprisingly nasty water down here in the southwest it works well, it saves money and a huge amount of plastic waste.”

“The service is great and the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately I bought a Berkey travel gravity water system, the first one had a dent, the second one had a physical hole. I am now waiting for a replacement. Very disappointed, £275 is the cost of the Berkey. The staff is helpful about the problem.”

“Two staff members [Jade and Sharon ] were really helpful in resolving my problem with replacing water filters for a slightly older reverse osmosis water filter model . Sharon went an extra mile in sending me a link to prevent the problem recurring next year, which I hugely appreciated. Thanks Team !”

“Ordering online was easy, once I worked out which filter I wanted (my fault lots of choice). Delivery was prompt and suitably packaged. Would recommend and will use again. Also, if you purchase a 3way filter tap and need a plumber, use the service recommended by Osmio. I found a cheaper plumber but he took twice as long and cost about the same.”

“I have been looking for a filter system of this calibre for some time. I needed something that could easily be accommodated in the kitchen without taking up too much space, filter out all the impurities including heavy metals, chlorine and bacteria but was easy to use and clean. This one delivers on all those requirements and even gives me hot water - my tea now tastes delicious! My husband I love it - we drink so much more water now. Having a machine like this is a great investment in your health and our planet!”
