“An amazing product. A few things to be aware of: 1. The hot water aspect is hugely underrated. It gets to temperature FAST. I had no idea about this and am hugely impressed. 2. 5 litre capacity is actually 3 litre capacity as you need to throw out the last 2 litres. Which means you will have to refill a lot. 3. It can take some time to filter and doesn't give a huge amount of water each time. 4. Bottled water quality water, what more can I say, it's awesome.”

“I haven't prepared the filters yet as I have difficulty understanding what I need to do before putting them into the main frame. I might need to call you for this. Not sure whether it's only me but find it difficult to navigate the explanation sheets as they are all in jargon. Then the top lid sits loose on the frame. Is there supposed to be a rubber ring to keep it in place? I cannot imagine how it could work if someone used the waterfilter in a mobile home...it would rattle all the time and maybe also water spilled...sorry but I am not impressed so far.”

“Purchased a filter tap a few years back...Excellent service when purchased...tap has been superb since fitted....decided to renew the filters at the point of water exit (though was not essential)….Once again....superb service...delivery next day even during the virus period. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY. I will buy again.”

“The Osmio is a good idea in theory which just falls short in practice. The main problems are the responses from the delivery sensor and the flow of water. The former is slightly erratic in operation which can lead to your mug overflowing onto the work surface when a request to stop is ignored. The latter causes the delivery of hot water to sputter and splash out of the unit. In both cases, you are left having to clean the work surface and the unit on practically every visit.”

“The Order was send super quickly (left Osmio the same day) and arrived fast and in good condition. The product information was less positive (assembly instructions) but that is a flaw from the supplier, not Osmio. Would order again!”

“Great filter. Just what i wanted as i didnt want an installed RO system. Works very efficiently and is easy to use. Water tastes great... first couple of glasses after changing filters and flushing through, tastes a bit plasticy, but soon goes. Instant hot water means we dont need a kettle either now, so we save on electricity too. Highly recommend”

“Ordered Filters which as a result of Covid-19 were out of stock. For this reason delivery was delayed for a short period of time. Otherwise service was fine and the replacement filters are now installed and working fine.”
