“FANTASTIC SERVICE! this is the best shower head I've ever owned by far. Our pressure problems are totally solved, and I've noticed such an improvement in my skin condition from a couple of months use. We are a family of 4 and I think the filter will need changing around every 3 months, but the water efficiency is amazing and soap actually washed out from my hair now! One point to note is that it creates a bit of a draft when in use and our flimsy shower curtain was blowing around a bit, we have got over it by weighting the shower curtain, obviously not an issue if you have a screen (or probably if you have a decent quality shower curtain!) I would totally recommend this to anyone and I've now purchased a second for my bath handheld shower too!”

“Great customer service, I received a reminder when I was supposed to replace my filter. I also wanted to try a different filter as the one I had previously gave water an odd taste: osmio suggested a different one, which is perfect for me. Speedy delivery.”

“The tap of my reverse osmosis water purifying system needed replacing, and I contacted Osmio for advice. The staff were very well informed and I purchased a replacement tap. Unfortunately the Swan tap sent me did not have a thread at the base of the barrel and would not screw into the fitment. I contacted Osmio and the next day a second replacement arrived which was perfect for the job. The staff were very apologetic and explained what had happened. I would recommend Osmio because the staff listen to your needs and provide excellent help. This is important when problems occur because you can be reassured that they will be on the job immediately. Well done Osmio, and thank you for your support.”
