The new filters were different and you supplied new connectors. These were not fit for purpose for 2 reasons: They were non directional. They pointed in whatever direction they pointed when tightened. They leaked. Fairly important this one! Apparently we could add PTFE tape to solve this. I have this item, but as it was my dad who was a plumber, not me, I have failed to make this substance work. This time was no different, lots of water on the floor. However; after the useless originals, a new set of fittings was supplied in 24 hours. These solved all issues. I felt that I was still a bit lucky, because the fittings are much bigger than the originals, which were "tight" and although it appeared that this would mean that I still wouldn't have a working product, a few pipe movements (no new cutting) produced success.
