“the service was outstanding. Quick delivery on time as stated. The product was amazing. I added some water and a few spoons of salt and I had my cleaning solution after 5 minutes. It worked just as advertised on the video. I will recommend this product to my family and friends. Loving OSMIO”

“Product works- new filters arrived promptly, dribbling water outlet a bit annoying but not a showstopper. Ditto the hottest of the hot water settings not hot enough to make decent tea with tea leaves- it has to be a rolling boil and that's not possible. However as a decent solution to the surprisingly nasty water down here in the southwest it works well, it saves money and a huge amount of plastic waste.”

“The service is great and the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately I bought a Berkey travel gravity water system, the first one had a dent, the second one had a physical hole. I am now waiting for a replacement. Very disappointed, £275 is the cost of the Berkey. The staff is helpful about the problem.”

“Two staff members [Jade and Sharon ] were really helpful in resolving my problem with replacing water filters for a slightly older reverse osmosis water filter model .
