“Distilled water fast. Kettle bottom of unit requires cleaning approx 3 cycles. Jug caps causes drips onto top and front. Leave off and adjust spout to avoid this or fit plastic tube to feed drips directly to jug. Better if hot water used for reduced cycling time.”

“Osmosis water when fitted and allowed to settle into your living arrangement is the most beautiful water to drink it’s amazing! We did have a few technical issues when first installed with water pressure but with advice from osmosis it’s working perfectly now !”

“The unit makes RO water, which is great. The ‘100’C’ water is only able to make a cup of tea at 85’C unless you run two lots of cups of hot water through the machine first, which is very wasteful, which is a real shame given the unit is meant to help to save water.”

“The water purifier works well, but I have to say that I follow the instructions regarding changing the filters implicitly even to the extent of changing your rubbish tap connection, but I always have to wait 2 to 3 weeks before the air bubbles are removed from the system, and water flows properly.”

“We wanted to reduce plastic and to filter chlorine and oestrogen. We purchased the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System. It is small; important as we have a tiny kitchen. The Osmio looks good and is so easy to use. The water tastes much better than tap water. Family members will be purchasing the machine in the near future.”

“The new filters were different and you supplied new connectors. These were not fit for purpose for 2 reasons: They were non directional. They pointed in whatever direction they pointed when tightened. They leaked. Fairly important this one! Apparently we could add PTFE tape to solve this. I have this item, but as it was my dad who was a plumber, not me, I have failed to make this substance work. This time was no different, lots of water on the floor. However; after the useless originals, a new set of fittings was supplied in 24 hours. These solved all issues. I felt that I was still a bit lucky, because the fittings are much bigger than the originals, which were "tight" and although it appeared that this would mean that I still wouldn't have a working product, a few pipe movements (no new cutting) produced success.”
