“Initial impression: Setup is very easy indeed. Taste of filtered water is very good. A separate refuse tank would have been good, so the main tank could be topped up and wouldn't have to be lifted out and in again all the time. The hot water function is almost up to replaceing a Kettle, though the water comes out at more like 90-95 deg C when set to 100. Overall well worth its price.”

“Easy to install, instant results on the cold water, hot water took a couple of days to let the hot tank refresh with filtered water. Just a note on the threads be aware they are imperial so make sure you have the correct adapters.”

“we bought an upgraded filter system, the HT+Home and Office Direct Flow. On arrival the equipment was not clean and it was missing several parts. After a couple of call, Irina sorted it out and the system is now working correctly.”
