“I have only had my water filter a few days but I am so impressed with the difference in the taste.To know all the impurities are being filtered out is such a relief.Tea and coffee taste so much better.The machine is so easy and convenient to use. Delivery was amazing ,ordered one day and it was delivered by nine a.m. the next day.”

“Very good service, wouldn't be without the whole house filter system after we were put on borehole water, after years of being on water from Ennerdale lake, some of the best water in the world, we really miss the water from the Ennerdale lake”

“Osmio is a good idea that filters well but unfortunately does not quite work out effectively in practice. 1) The push button is not 100% responsive which is especially inconvenient when trying to stop the flow when a cup is full 2) The unit sputters and spirts when delivering hot water which causes splashed so you are always having to wipe down the machine and the work surface. We generally hold cups up close to the nozzle to prevent splashing but this is inconvenient and carries risk of being burnt.”

“The advice and help Irina gave me when I called to enquire about the Berkey was excellent and it was delivered as promised. We love the taste of the water and also it appears to have the seal of approval from both the dog and the cat. The cat especially as she would not drink the tap water in the dog's bowl.”

“I placed an order at 11.53 Monday but it wasn't despatched until 11.45 Tuesday. This meant another day without clean water at home. They sent the wrong size o-rings so I used the old ones I had. I phoned back to ask Lorraine for the correct ones to be sent for use next time I take the filter apart for cleaning but haven't received them. Advice and assistance on phone is good but maybe communication with warehouse, and speed of despatch needs improvement.”

“It was a little disappointment in the beginning as the taste of water first 2 weeks (the machine and the filters were completely new) was disgusting, even taking into account an official advice not to drink the first 5 litres, but …. after around 30 litres the taste of water got better and better. Water flow is not very fast. If I need a water just for 2 people, it fine, but when I invite friend or I have a family of 5-6 people, time to wait when water will be filtered is too long. ;-( I would recommend this machine for small family or 2-3 people max. We are now quite satisfied with the purchase. Recommend.”
