“My first order forreplacement filters was slightly confusing. The pack of four filters seemed to be different to the details in the Osmio manual, which appears to shows five different filters. I am also not sure about the difference between the one micron and five micron filters as they appear to be exactly the same in appearance.”

“Have had the Osmio HT up and running for over a week now and all now fine. We had a few minot teething problems but the team at osmio sorted these out very quickly and efficiently. The only minor quibble keeping from 5 stars was that the instructions were not quite a match to the unit and some of the images were a little unclear, but this was resolved quickly. Unit seems to work well, and is reasonably quiet. The 3 main fiters are not the easiest to access to change - there is very little space to manoevre them past the frame. Otherwise no problems so far!”

“I have the portable Osmio Zero and it's been great. Water is healthier and tastes a lot better. I found the sanitising process hard to follow from the online instructions but the people who answer the phone couldn't be more helpful and took me through it step by step.”

“I love the machine and all the different ways it offers for you to improve your health and if I have a rest period I now have a reason to do so. In watching George's videos he filled the machine with lye (don't know how much exactly and then he added a litre of distilled water) and your instructions were 750ml of lye only, so I slipped up in not adding the litre. It would have helped if I knew the total capacity of lye+water in the machine when topping up with the syringe, apart from that the exam and info was thorough and fair and necessary, and well done, its ticking over beautifully. I was so pleased to find glasses and lye had been sent as well! Many thanks very pleased.”

“Whilst I think the product is very good this review site and the invasion of privacy that I’ve been subjected to it is the most unacceptable. I was told by the customer service section that our name and address has been shared with a review company without our knowing or our permission and there’s nothing that can be done about it. I think that this type of review site is a joke compared to trust pilot where you can set up your own account and keep your anonymity which is extremely important in this day and age and if my address or my name or age is published on this site it will be more than enough for me to go to the information ombudsman about the breach of privacy that I feel this is. Whilst I think the product is very good this review site and the invasion of privacy that I’ve been subjected to is the most unacceptable. “Ordered the D7 direct flow system. It arrived very promptly and had all the necessary parts to install. Installation was fairly straightforward but I had to call Osmio to clarify a couple of things. They were very good at sorting out my problems and I soon had the unit up and running. Quality of water is exceptional, really clean tasting and tea suddenly tastes so much better. Well worth the expense.”
