“I have no complaints about products I purchased which are filters. I am very pleased with my Coldstream system and the quality and taste of the water are brilliant. Delivery tho is not. DPD is the worst possible choice for the delivery company. They do not leave parcels in a secure location leave. They left the parcel with my neighbor which I do not want. The worse was the parcel was damaged on the delivery. The way it was damaged suggested that someone split the edge of the parcel to find out if there is something valuable to take. Luckily filters are packed well in tubes so there were not contaminated. I wish Osmio use a different delivery company.”

“We have been using our Osmio filter for over two years and are very happy. We now do not need to buy expensive bottled water. We used to buy several 5 litre bottles a week. We are saving money and the helping the environment.”

“Fantastic product with amazing customer service, we have been using Osmio water filter (Osmio Zero Reverse) for over 5 yrs and never had any issue and changed filter twice a year. always recommended it to friends and family”

“No issues. Purchasing was easy and the package arrived quickly. It's a little expensive but not desperate. One suggestion i have is to include a down-light around the spout on the machine so i can use it without turning the room lights on. It could come on when the dial is activated and go off once water stops dispensing or after 5-10 seconds?”

“Quick and speedy delivery. We live in Portugal and were surprised of how fast it reached us, within a week, and taking into account it was around new-years' makes it even more impressive. We use the reverse osmosis machine for four years now, and are very happy with the taste and quality of the water. Thanks a lot!”
