“Ordered paid arrived next day. I installed the unit in about 2 hours. Found insulation for plumbed version on line. Our water was undrinkable now we have cold or hot water in seconds. Good design nice finish small compact unit. Very happy no more bottled water”

“Bought water filter and love it. No more smelly chlorine in our drinking/cooking water. Also have the vit c shower head. Great item. Skin doesn't itch after showering, but I only use water to wash now, no soap or shampoo is actually needed. Skin never felt better.”

“Customer service is next to useless, the bottle helps in many ways , but!!!, The battery only haves about 15 cycles before it needs recharging, and after 2 to 3 weeks it reduces quite considerably, so after 5 weeks , you get 5 to 6 cycles , before recharging the bottle, is it worth £180.00? No !!! Not with the useless customer service you do not get.”

“Overall, satisfaction with the service provided and instructions provided to assemble the device clear enough. Would help to provide a small tool(and clean) to screw the pieces mainly the tap as doing it with the fingers is not very efficient and clean. Thanks.”

“We received our Osmio water filter last April 2002. We are very pleased with it. Easy to use and really appreciate how good the water tastes now. Would not want to return to plain tap water. Had a small problem a few weeks back and service I received to resolve it was excellent. Thank you!”
