“I had a maintenance issue with our Osmio Zero which we have had just over a year. The issue was quickly resolved on calling Osmio through information given and sent. I then ordered the sanitising pack and received it the next day, one product was the real thing instead of the dummy product needed, again a quick call and all was resolved and the replacement was with me the next day. Excellent customer service and we love our Osmio Zero. Thank you!”

“The filter housings are quality but I had a nightmare trying to get the fittings the 1” bsp double male fittings tight enough to seal. Had 2 leaks off the same fittings. Some more thought on putting unions on them to tighten them individually would be better.”

“The Osmio is amazing and easy to use. My only minor negative is that there is a slight metallic taste to the water to begin with. After using the machine for a short while, this quickly goes.”

“Brilliant costumer service from Osmio. I’ve had lots of questions for them and they’ve assisted me in great detail with patience. I have the zero that has made my water taste much better and healthier too. Both hydrogen water devices, which are well made and I’m starting to use consistently. Just got the disinfectant that I plan to use lots. Great company. Accessible, competitive prices, innovative use of water for health and sanitation. Looking forward to what comes next.”
