“Good prompt customer service when I emailed re delivery instrutions but no response when I emailed re delay in delivery. Was not happy that although I was told (after purchase that the item wasn't currently available) my payment was taken straightaway.”

Helpful Report

“very happy with prompt delivery and everything delivered as described”

Helpful Report

“Perfect product Fast delivery”

“I used Gutter Mate as their price for guttet hedgehogs was most competitive. Delivery was fast”

“Clearly my online order got lost in the system and I had to phone up to remind you I had an order. The instructions are out of date for the model which is confusing.”

“I am very pleased with the product 15-0706 however, I paid for 2 at a cost of £17.93 which includes postage via paypal, but only received one caddy. To date, I have received no communication in spite of having telephoned on two occasions to ask when I will receive the outstanding item”

Helpful Report

“Delivered the wrong composter which was collected promptly, but the correct composter still has not been delivered and so I emailed to cancel the order.”

Helpful Report

“After placing the order I was informed it was accepted, then another said it was out of stock did I want to keep it on order, I asked (by email) how long it would be, no reply, I then phoned and after speaking to 3 people I was informed that they would get back to me. No phone call/email arrived so I gave it a week and phoned again, got a very nice lady who apologised and said there had been sickness.holidays and confirmed it would be with me early next week. It arrived on the Wednesday and is now installed. So eventually a happy ending, if only I had a reply to my first email confirming when it would arrive, it would have been very good service, sham”

Helpful Report

“Quick service, well packed item.”

“The wall mounted water butt arrived quickly and is of a good quality. The fixings supplied with it, however, are of very poor quality. I drilled my wall with the correct size drill bit and pushed in the plastic rawlplugs but the first coach screw used, sheared with very little effort when it was only half way in! I then had to drill new holes to one side as I couldn't remove the sheared screw and with the next one, thought I would lubricate it with some grease. It screwed in even easier, but again, this time when 3/4 of the way in, it sheared! I concluded the screws were of very poor quality so, not wishing to keep drilling new holes in my wall every time one broke, purchased better ones from the local DIY store. Having drilled even more holes in the wall as I couldn't remove the 2nd sheared screw, the replacements I'd purchased all went in without problem. The water butt is now fitted, does what is required of it and is very sturdy looking. It's just a shame the fitting of it is spoiled by supplying very inferior quality fixings.”

“Great product at a really good price delivered when they promised.”

Helpful Report

“Good product - simple but effective. Easy to maintain. Good value.”

“The Gutter Mate rainwater diverter and filter collects more water with less risk of blocking than the usual diverters. It is fixed to the wall so it looks good and is designed to fit UK standard downpipe. The only problem I have is that even with the fine filter installed it lets organic matter into the tank which causes the water to smell.”

Helpful Report

“Like the simple , easy to clean construction.”

Helpful Report

“very prompt delivery of goods i ordered at reasonable prices”

Helpful Report

“I bought some transparent hose to connect my downpipe to my water butt. The hose is quite expensive, however it is already leaking in two places and I am going to have to replace it with something more robust.”

Helpful Report

“your product is much better designed and far easier to empty than the earlier one I had which involved taking some down pipe off the wall to empty it!”

Helpful Report

“I was unhappy because Guttermate sent the wrong tracking information. I had a code for Yodel when in fact the delivery was by Tuffnells. Personally I think that being green is not enough, you also need to be competant”

Helpful Report

“VERY HELPFUL STAFF WHEN NOT ABLE TO SEE ORDER CONFIRMATION”

Helpful Report

“Very good product, easy to use, I'm so pleased, could recommend to friends.”
