“GutterMate stood out amongst other rainwater harvesting suppliers in their understanding of my requirements and in providing an appropriate solution. They were also always to hand during the delivery and (self-) installation phases to answer questions and provide sound advice.”

Hi Peter, We’re sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience on this occasion. Unfortunately in this instance our courier company let us down as they were apparently unable to deliver the parcel due to a road closure, but then failed to notify us that the parcel remained undelivered. This is not acceptable for us either. As a result they are now sending us delivery reports, so we would not expect this to happen again. As a gesture of good will a complimentary bottle of our water butt treatment is on its way to you. Best wishes, Katie Ingham

“Works well. I have fitted the filter screens and so the unit needs to be cleaned out on a weekly basis, or after heavy rain, if your gutters are full of moss etc. as mine currently are. But that is the purpose of the screens, so no complaints.”

“GutterMate appears to be be the only filter on the market to filter rain water collection. Despite their monopolistic position GutterMate is incredible value for money. It does what it does with easy cleaning filters and an operation that, when installed correctly, is sheer simplicity, making it easy and simple to maintain cleanliness. You clever people. Thank you. “Excellent product and very happy with the performance and appearance. It's perfectly sized and not as large as some of the competitors products. I found it easy to install but would recommend watching the you tube videos for some extra direction. Well priced and this should be available in in garden centres but unfortunately only available online.”

“We paid for oak water butt and was then told that it was out of stock and could we order alternative. I emailed to say that we'd rather wait For them to receive more stock. I got no reply so I rang and left message to ring me as I was concerned that they were holding £100 and not responding to me. Response few days later to say stock should be months time. We then got email month later to say water butt was on its way... yipee Then few days later one saying it was out of stock! Finally spoke to someone who said ' Sorry I pressed the wrong reponse button in error.. and butt should be with us that week. Yes it did finally arrive after much messing about and I never really knew why.......”
