“I bought the compose enhancer kit but when I received it there was no instructions there was nothing telling me what contents did I asked for the instructions more than once but the leaflet was about who to make a wornery not what I asked for . I just needed instructions on what to do with the content of the composer enhancer that's all”

“I am very pleased with the product 15-0706 however, I paid for 2 at a cost of £17.93 which includes postage via paypal, but only received one caddy. To date, I have received no communication in spite of having telephoned on two occasions to ask when I will receive the outstanding item”

“Absolutely shocking, tried repeatedly calling and emailing with no answer, only emailed me when I raised a claim via PayPal. When my wormery finally arrived half the worms were dead, emailed again twice asking whether i could purchase more worms at a discount, company didn't answer then send me this survey. Very poor customer service!!! Customers beware”

Hi Peter, We’re sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience on this occasion. Unfortunately in this instance our courier company let us down as they were apparently unable to deliver the parcel due to a road closure, but then failed to notify us that the parcel remained undelivered. This is not acceptable for us either. As a result they are now sending us delivery reports, so we would not expect this to happen again. As a gesture of good will a complimentary bottle of our water butt treatment is on its way to you. Best wishes, Katie Ingham
