Absolutely shocking, tried repeatedly calling and emailing with no answer, only emailed me when I raised a claim via PayPal. When my wormery finally arrived half the worms were dead, emailed again twice asking whether i could purchase more worms at a discount, company didn't answer then send me this survey. Very poor customer service!!!
