I ordered a wormery in 2010 and a damaged one was delivered in addition to worms was delivered to my home. it was so badly damaged that I was unable to house the worms in it. I took photos and contacted this company twice and in April 2011 I was eventually forwarded 6.99euros -the value of the worms but I did not have the wormery replaced as originally requested. Neither was I financially compensated. I still have the letter as forwarded to me with the euros. Order no.wie-2844

I ordered live worms. The website had a .ie address so it wasn't until after they were shipped that I realised that they shipped from the UK (I live in the R of Ireland). I recieved an email to say that they had shipped on the Wed before a bank holiday weekend. They arrived on the Tuesday after the weekend packed in AIRTIGHT plastic bags. Half were dead. I contacted customer service. They told me that the worms were shipped on Tuesday and whatever happened after that was the fault of the postal service. Shipping was E14 approx. There are cheaper ways to aquire dead worms.

Hello Diana, We ship our worms throughout Europe and we do everything we can to make sure that the worms arrive to our customers alive. They are kept in a fridge to keep them dormant during the journey and the bags that they are kept in have small holes throughout the bag so that they get the air to survive as well. Unfortunately, once shipped from our warehouses, it is no longer under our control how quickly it reaches the customer. If the courier encounters some problems or delays during the transit, there will be delays for it to arrive there. However, we recognise this is not a good experience for you and we wish to resolve this with you. We shall get in contact with you to discuss potential solutions to your problems. Disappointing. Delay after order £10 worms lethargic, all dead after 2 weeks.

Awful, what a disappointment. The wormery lets the rain in and all the worms died when the sump filled up over night. Poor things.

Waited a week. Nothing deliver by the advertised 1st class delivery. Rang to chase the order to be told it would be dispatched tomorrow. 10days after placing the order for a water butt tap a piece of plastic pipe arrived. Rang to advise and was told sorry will dispatch the correct tap asap. After 6 days another piece of pipe arrived. Have up and went to b&a to buy the tap I needed for less than the price from you.

ordered an item that showed in stock when it did not arrived 2 weeks later i phoned to be eventually told that it was not available to order. at this time it was still showing in stock on the website. i was refunded

I ordered a large water tank on 10/4/18. You collected the money (£544.88) from my credit card that very day. The tank did not arrive until 4/5/18 and then only after I had contacted you. To make matters worse, I missed two or three days of steady (and, at times, heavy) rain that should have provided me with ample water for my vegetables. Until the more recent rains, I had been obliged to use METERED tap water. It is ironic that you are asking my opinion now because I sent to you an e-mail in which I stated my dissatisfaction, but I received no response. In short, the only thing that you did with any efficiency was to collect the money!

I was guaranteed my delivery be Wednesday when I ordered it on the Friday, on Wednesday no parcel so contacted via phone and was told it would be with me Thursday but it didn't show up until Friday ! Shocking service clearly just told me lies to make a sale

Bought two packs of coir blocks. Size of blocks too small to make any meaningful amount of compost. All the blocks together didn't make enough compost to fill a mid size garden planter.

First of all we were offered an inferior product, which we refused and were told the wood supplier had let them down. On the 26th March we were emailed a shipment order with the shipment number and the order number. On Tuesday 3rd April we phoned the composting people and spoke to a lady and gave all the details of the shipment order and she was amazed because she said that the order had not even been made. I also sent an email on the 3rd April explaining that we only wanted delivery on a Wednesday, as well as other things that you should read. We did not even receive a reply or acknowledgement. We could go on and on but what is the point? Perhaps this will stimulate you into action, you never know. We look forward to hearing from you. John and Rosey Davison ,

We bought 1 water tank and 1 water butt, plus 2 “universal “ brass taps and 2 diverter and filter sets. 1 brass tap does not fit the water tank as the screw mounting is too narrow- hardly “universal”. The diverter and filter sets do not fit our newly installed guttering and down pipes. This has caused us additional financial outly and delays Not impressed.

ordered a wormery in may. first it wasn't available and i was told to wait, then they forgot about my order, then they lost my order through apparently a computer system change. then the wormery wasn't manufactured anymore and a wrong one was sent to me. i had to send it back and choose a new one. the differencw didn't get refunded until reminding the team there and then the replacement arrived without all the parts. eventually i gave up, expecting they would just sort it all out but instead they forgot the refund again until reminded. unbelievable! friendly customer support but totally incapable of managing orders that go wrong... i would not recommend ordering here

It took over a month for my order to arrive, with almost no communication, explanation, response or apology from the sellers end. It took the threat of getting a refund through VISA for anything to be done. Possibly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I will never purchase anything from you or your Irish supplier again.

I ordered an item a month ago, and that same afternoon emailed to cancel. I received no acknowledgement of this cancellation, despite sending several emails requesting this. The product was not delivered, but I was still charged for it. To date, no-one has been in touch with me. This is very poor customer service and I still require a refund.

i received a tap fitting with a barrel shaped water but The tap is a poor match with that particular butt. I wrote to you to suggest an alternative tap would be more suitable. an email requesting photos was requested and replied to. Since then. No further response. Absolutely shit customer service
