“Artical was a replacement, great service, well done”

Helpful Report

“First delivery arrived with some minor damage, but GutterMate's response was excellent. Collection of damaged item and delivery of replacement were arranged without any hassle and I am delighted both with the replacement water butt and with the service provided by GutterMate. I will happily deal with GutterMate again and would definitely recommend to others. Many thanks.”

“I have been considering a rhubarb forcer for some time but this year the bucket I had been using was sitting on top of the leaves like a hat because the stalks were so tall so bought the plastic model from you. It is very high so fits the bill beautifully and is also light in weight and unbreakable so couldn't be better. Delivery and packing were excellant too. I would certainly recommend both this company and this product.”

Helpful Report

“The Guttermate arrived very quickly and was as easy to install as promised. After the first few showers, it seems o be working well.”

Helpful Report

“Worked brilliantly on the first real downpour, with the filter picking up an enormous amount.”

“Very good service, great company to deal with, thanks John M.”

“We bought this to replace our original simple diverter which had blocked without us noticing, causing our two wall-hung butts to overflow resulting in a very wet house wall! It was very easy to fit, especially after watching the video, and we look forward to being able to access and maintain the diverter with ease. Very speedy delivery too.”

Helpful Report

“Good quality products, arrived very quickly and packaged adequately which prevented and damage. Prices good, Will definitely use again”

“Great service. Quick delivery”

Helpful Report

“Delivered next day. Super product, easy to install and works exceptionally well. Hopefully goodbye to blocked down pipes!”

Helpful Report

“This was a well designed product. Two friends with the product had got confused with the installation on the back of the box and their tanks overflowed! Perhaps a more detailed instruction on paper inside the box might be more useful to those who are not natural handymen!”

Helpful Report

“Delivery was okay, however first water butt was damaged and both yellow bungs were broken. A replacement was received within 2 days, but again both bungs were broken. Although replacements were received in the post by the next day, perhaps it might be worth putting the bungs in with the tap instead of screwing them in so tightly they shear.”

Helpful Report

“I found the "paperwork" slightly confusing, in that there was only one cost figure shown, although I was buying 3 items. The cost was correct but it took me a while to follow the noting of the stand and diverter.”

Helpful Report

“Good product, easy to erect, thank you.”

Helpful Report

“Very speedy delivery. Very good product (diverter and filter), well designed, with clear instructions.”

“I have tried several - but yours is the only one that actually works!”

Helpful Report

“Well tight on pipe had to buy two Mtrs extra didn't find it easy to fix but got round it instuctions not easy to follow but it does stop rubbish blocking the down pipe could do with a fina filter to catch finer debris of the tiles”

Helpful Report

“Prompt service ,reasonable prices. Will shop again.”
