One end of the horizontal blind fittings is too big for the window. I have emailed photos as requested (Friday 11th May) and have not had a response since. I did not provide measurements as requested because you have those already and one end fits perfectly!!!. If this is not resolved I will have to send the blind back and ask for a refund. the blinds were poorly described and did not work; but to make matters worse, because blinds are bespoke they cannot be returned. so we lost over £100 just because the company failed to describe their product accurately! Definitely will not recommend and certainly will not use again!

Good morning, As discussed previously over the phone & via email, we do provide both written fitting guides & video guides on our site to demonstrate how this particular product works. We advise that due to the frame for the perfect fit blind, this requires a 2.5cm clearance all of the way around the glass to fit correctly. When we spoke on the phone, it had transpired that you unfortunately did not have this clearance and were also trying to fit one complete blind over two sets of glass. As this is a product which is designed to fit over each pane of glass, this will not work. As a good will gesture, we can of course offer you 15% off of a new blind with us and assist you in which blind would be most suitable for your window type. I understood an advertisement for a particular blind, advertised as spring-loaded, to mean that it was self supporting without the need for screws and brackets. This was unfortunately not the case and when the blind arrived, as I found it needed brackets to be screwed to the wall, for the blind to fix to. This company was unwilling to take the blind back or refund me and for this reason, I am unfortunately unable to recommend them. I would suggest that future would-be customers, find an alternative company to purchase their blind from. These days, a company without exceptional customer service, must expect poor feedback and really must do better if they wish their business to grow or even survive. A great shame. Thank you.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your feedback. All of the blinds we offer do require brackets to be fitted I’m afraid. We do ensure that fitting instructions are on our site so customer’s can see the fitting of this before the blind is ordered. These can be viewed on the “safety & fitting information” tab on the product pages. As this is a made to measure product, we cannot accept this back for a refund unless it has been made incorrectly or arrived with you damaged. As this has been made correctly to your requirements, this is unfortunately non-returnable. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.

They sent wrong sizes that don't fit my Windows but my son cut them down but still to long length ways

And it gets worse. They sent me a replacement blind for the one that was delivered broken - and the material drop is now 2 inches short, hence looks awful and no blackout.

Hopeless. Ordered 3 blackout blinds: one arrived broken, and one had wrong dimension for side channel (despite accurate order). And fitting the guide dogs was a nightmare (unlike their instructions) as their only guidance is to hammer in masonry pins - well first time that just crumbled the window reveal brick and plaster, and then on next window the nails bent. When I emailed them about it I just got a patronising reply, instead of some advice for an alternative way to fix the dogs.

I took an inordinate amount of time choosing colour of slat and size from the samples sent. I ordered online to be called and told that a they no longer did the colour of the sample they had sent me a week previously or that they no longer did the size I required either (why were these options online?). I had a few days thinking of possibly changing size and colour and then decided to cancel order - they said a refund would be processed, it was not and I was charged by my credit card - thanks very much!!

Dear Mrs Watson, Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience ordering from us. We have checked back through our records and can confirm that we informed you of the discontinuation of your chosen colour as soon as we were made aware of the issue by our supplier. Upon receiving your decision to cancel the order your refund was processed and although this action is immediate at our end unfortunately we then have no control over how long it takes your card issuer to process the return of funds. Sadly it appears that due to the length of time elapsed between the order and cancellation this meant that there was an overlap and so you were charged before the refund was processed. Terrible customer service. Phoned order as needed it to match wrong colour. Reordered at 15% discount only to have order delayed then sent with strings too short despite ordering same as before. When extending kit arrived finally there were not enough joiners and only just enough cord. Gave up and bought separately. Customer service non existent and would not have reordered if they hadn't had to match existing blinds

Orderblinds suggest "quality" products. The reality is they can't measure and can't stitch straight. We've tried so hard to resolve the issue with Orderblinds but customer service is useless. - I wouldn't go near these again. Stay clear.

Ordered my blinds back in december 2015 still have not received them even though they have taken money from account. Cannot get them by phone have left numerous messages for them to call me. Have emailed them but no reply. I am now going to contact my bank to get money back!!

Blinds we're ordered and failed to show up. When I chased the company, they had misplassed the order. When they then took a further 3 days to arrive, I complained via email, which was given a jolly good ignoring. Product is good but their customer service is considerably lacking
