“Was surprised how easy it was to order, and even more surprised at the speed of despatch. Initially I thought there were no fitting instructions enclosed & rang up for help. That resulted in the instructions being emailed to me immediately, so I started to unpack everything fully and found several copies of the instructions within the packs of components. Putting the rail up and then everything else together was very easy - even for a non-DIYer like me - and am delighted with the end result. Excellent value for money as well! Would recommend whole-heartedly, both for the product & the customer support.”

“Although the quality of the blinds is very good my experience was soured by the fact that when delivered the blinds were 0.5 cm wider than I had ordered. Order Blinds insisted it was my error and only offered me a discount on the price of reordering a replacement. I still have a sheet of paper with the dimensions I sent in and I'm convinced that I transferred them correctly onto the on line order form. I highly recommend that if you do order these blinds, and they are good blinds, cover yourself by taking a screen shot of the order form.”

“The blinds are good for PVC windows, not easy to assemble (there were no instructions included with the blinds). Now up, they take away quite a bit of light from the room when they are up. The mechanism for raising and lowering the blinds is very highly sprung and difficult to move smoothly. It is also difficult to reach to the top of the window to put the blind up.”
