“The phone staff were very helpful in helping me figure out what colour blinds I was after and arranging some samples to be sent to me. They answered all my questions and the whole ordering process easy. My blinds arrived the perfect length and colour and look amazing.”

“Very good value. Was a lot cheaper than other online services and the product is good quality. I ordered a 2.5m black out roller blind. It was a bit tight which was probably down to my measurements being a cm off so it took 2 of us to squeeze it in, but then the upside of that is that it is a tighter fit so less light.”

“The blind was 1cm too short for the recess size I gave. I was told this is standard to make sure it fits in but this meant that it made the blind unsuitable for side fixing, which I did not realise when purchasing. (And left a very large gap round the blackout blind). Customer Services were very friendly, but ultimately did not help, so I had to buy another blind from a different company.”
