“Terrible customer service. Phoned order as needed it to match wrong colour. Reordered at 15% discount only to have order delayed then sent with strings too short despite ordering same as before. When extending kit arrived finally there were not enough joiners and only just enough cord. Gave up and bought separately. Customer service non existent and would not have reordered if they hadn't had to match existing blinds”
