“May I suggest that the instructions are not put inside the rolled blind on delivery as it is not easy to see and you want to keep the blind rolled up during fitting. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion. Your service was excellent. Good engagement from customer service when I had a query. Short production and delivery time, even to Spain. Good quality product. Thank you”

“Order blinds have fantastic customer service. Samples arrived next day to my home in Belfast and the guys communicated with me throughout the whole selection process and my order promptly arrived complete with all necessary extras to hang my vertical blinds, and I was delighted with them. I will be ordering again soon for my sons bedroom.”

“I used the phone ordering service and found the service to be helpful and straight forward. The product arrived promptly and fitted correctly. The only area of improvement would be the instructions for the fitting. There were a few simple black and white illustrations that didn't make it obvious how the blinds fitted, as well as no accompanying written guidance. It turns out be be simple, but only when you know how.”

“I have ordered total black out blinds, velux blinds and a numerous sets of rollers from Order Blinds and the quality in all instances are exceptional. If you've ever been through the pain of cutting blinds down to size yourself, fitting these will be a revelation as they're prepared professionally/properly when you place the order. I would highly recommend Order Blinds. Their customer service is excellent and free samples always help in making your material choice.”

“Ordered a blind, at a fair price. It was delivered as expected and met my expectations of quality. I was asked how Order Blinds made me happy; they did not specificly. However, nothing in this purchase created negative emotions. True happiness is better achieved by spending your money on experiences rather than material goods. So if you don't actually need a blind, then you would be better going out for dinner with your family.”

“From the moment I contacted Customer Services with some queries to the arrival of the product the whole process has been very straight forward. Emily Marriott in particular has been exceptional dealing with my questions and solving an issue that was only the product of my not very accurate measurements.
