“Very long wait and had to chase updates (took two months to arrive) but the units are ok and although not very solid, look expensive from a distance.”

“Pleased with furniture looks good quality.Just one thing small black mark on one cousion cover which I couldn’t remove perhaps it can be replaced”

“The bed squeaks and Only Oak say it’s to do with assembly. I have assembled 3 of these EXACT SAME BEDS in the past w2 months for my new home with no problems. There is also a slat missing from the bed but they haven’t addressed that complaint. Very poor customer service.”

“Brought Royalcraft Sun Loungers, these were the cheapest I could find online. Came very quickly, courier very informative. There was a very small problem with one of the loungers which was sorted out by Customer Services very quickly. Would definitely buy more furniture from this company.”

“Ordered and payed in full for 2 x Harwell oak bedside units & one Harrell 7 draw multi unit on 19/05/2021 . Received the 7 draw unit on 11/08/2021 in good order but the other two units have been advised will not be ready until earliest 10/09/21 then 5-15 days before possible delivery. Over four months to complete the delivery if i am lucky , really not good enough .”

“Waited months for my furniture to then receive my items that looked nothing like they did on the website .Photos of the furniture I ordered were white off white at most .. the furniture I received is cream I sent photos and was told that “it states that the items are white/ cream” .... two completely different colours and was told if I wish to send them back that it needs to be in the box and I will need to pay £60 ..”

“I know there have been significant delays with furniture deliveries but there were no proactive updates from Only Oak, which was disappointing. But the table eventually arrived yesterday and looks to be good quality for the price.”
