When we unpacked the hall bench we saw that it was damaged. The amount of packing was excessive so it must have been damaged before packing. I decided to try and colour in the chip/missing paint. The packing has made dents in the upholstery in the four corners which after a few weeks is still very obvious. Not impressed.

It is not a table made of wood It is a very light-pressed part of recycled bits, not sure what are they Not happy with our new table

I ordered dining table and 4 chairs says fully assembled came flat-packed very disappointed for that was a reason I bought it I don't know how how an old age pensioner like me is going to put it all together feel very let down😔

Good kitchen island however it came with the wrong size screws so we had to find our own. The granite top also came with a stain unfortunately.

The bed had a small damage mark and one head board slat had been poorly manufactured. can't comment on customer service as it was to much hastle to repack and return an oak bed and it was needed for guests. The package was undamaged so it had obviously been packed that way (so much for quality controle) Unfortunately i am pleased with the bed but very dissapointed with the issues.

The product is good as it would be from any supplier, sadly the time waited to receive the item was pretty poor. No real warning just delay after delay. Approximately 10 months for delivery, I only ordered through Only oak as they had the best delivery time on their website, which itself wasn't accurate i discovered only after ordering. I doubt I'll use them again

As nice as the furniture is and it should be at the price, it took 6 months to come and with very little communication regarding it. Would I order again? Nope!

Ordered and payed in full for 2 x Harwell oak bedside units & one Harrell 7 draw multi unit on 19/05/2021 . Received the 7 draw unit on 11/08/2021 in good order but the other two units have been advised will not be ready until earliest 10/09/21 then 5-15 days before possible delivery. Over four months to complete the delivery if i am lucky , really not good enough .

Oak blanket box took months to be delivered and it is a lot lighter in colour Than the photos so does not match our chest of draws ☹️

I don't like the table, the legs are not oak and look ugly how the attach onto the table. Unable to return as difficult to open without damaging packaging.

I know there have been significant delays with furniture deliveries but there were no proactive updates from Only Oak, which was disappointing. But the table eventually arrived yesterday and looks to be good quality for the price.

I purchased a £540 gazebo in the March which unfortunately was faulty on delivery. It is now the end of July and regardless of over 20+ emails trying to resolve the issue, the parts needed to hopefully rectify the issue have still to arrive even though I have been promised them on 2 separate occasions with parcel tracking numbers that dont exist. I also ordered an additional canopy for the gazebo as I live in Lancashire which is somewhat windy at times in case the original one was damaged. This spare canopy was ordered on the 4th of June and again I am still to receive anything some 7 weeks on. Only Oak Furniture have responded to all my emails, but we are no further forward to a resolution and a full refund has been requested today under the Sales of Goods act for which I am yet to receive a response. They have quoted that the issue is with the manufacturer of the item concerned, but my contract of sale is with Only Oak, and it is there duty of care to resolve the issue in a timely manner for which is unfortunately not the case. I have not taken any joy in leaving this review as I am fully aware that the retail industry has suffered immensely over the pandemic, but basic customer service is a must and the item concerned was not a cheap throwaway item.

Customer services either ignored my queries, or were very slow replying. Delivery dates failed, final delivery was late and not positive. Product looks nice, but draw runners are not up to the price bracket. Looking elsewhere next time.

Hello Peter We are sorry this is the experience you have had with us. I can see you received your item some time ago now. We were made aware of issues with our courier company and have since rectified this and are now using a new courier's delivery service. With regards to the drawer runners, they are advertised as wooden runners on this product, we are sorry if you feel they do not meet your standards on this occasion.

The furniture itself is really lovely and just what we wanted but the company and their updates are shocking. Took forever to arrive (2 months) and no updates from them had to chase several times. Put me off ordering again from them

I ordered and paid for a bed that was out of stock. I only discovered it was out of stock after some chasing, nobody contacted me to tell me. I asked for a refund and was told a couple of times it was being processed when it wasn’t. However, after following up the matter again, I was eventually refunded. Not an ideal experience but I was grateful that this was resolved in the end, and on a non working day which was appreciated.

Ordered on the 17th July delivery on the 2nd October. Never had to wait so long. I had to do all the chasing up and then being told it was in stock twice to then being disappointed

Hi Darren, We are so sorry about the long wait you had. Unfortunately, our industry as a whole is seeing massive delays getting stock back in. We can be told one thing on a Monday for the whole shipment to be delayed by another month on Tuesday. We try and keep our customers up to date the whole time and I can only apologise if we fell short of this. I will use this review as feedback and we will all try harder. Hopefully, next year stock levels will go back to being more accurate, we hope it can't be any worse than 2020 so far. Many thanks

Delivery of the product was terrible due I think in part to the courier used. The furniture itself is very nice and happy with it. The delivery times were well over and above what was stated and absolutely no update was given on the delivery
