I ordered and paid for a bed that was out of stock. I only discovered it was out of stock after some chasing, nobody contacted me to tell me. I asked for a refund and was told a couple of times it was being processed when it wasn’t.

However, after following up the matter again, I was eventually refunded. Not an ideal experience but I was grateful that this was resolved in the end, and on a non working day which was appreciated.

It was okay, a bit cheap looking with cheap catches. Looked so much better on line. Would I buy them again? No.

Ordered on the 17th July delivery on the 2nd October. Never had to wait so long. I had to do all the chasing up and then being told it was in stock twice to then being disappointed

Hi Darren, We are so sorry about the long wait you had. Unfortunately, our industry as a whole is seeing massive delays getting stock back in. We can be told one thing on a Monday for the whole shipment to be delayed by another month on Tuesday. We try and keep our customers up to date the whole time and I can only apologise if we fell short of this. I will use this review as feedback and we will all try harder. Hopefully, next year stock levels will go back to being more accurate, we hope it can't be any worse than 2020 so far. Many thanks

Delivery of the product was terrible due I think in part to the courier used. The furniture itself is very nice and happy with it.
The delivery times were well over and above what was stated and absolutely no update was given on the delivery

I haven't recieved my goods as yet and have had no correspondence on a delivery date.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had not received your goods before the review request was sent to you. Your review should never have been sent out before you had taken delivery of your goods. This was down to an error on our behalf. I hope now that you have received your goods they meet your satisfaction. I am sure you would agree once we had been made aware of the situation, we worked quickly to resolve your issue. Despite the error, you did receive your order within our 5 - 10 working day time scale.
