Delivery was excellent and on time. The TV unit is a bit average and we purchased it thinking it's all made of oak wood because the description was not very clear. It's decent but not impressive. Website needs to be updated to clearly show the type of material used to make the unit

Nice looking piece of furniture but the depth limits shoe size. I can only store 2 pairs of walking boots sideways. Disappointing on delivery which should have been 3 weeks but was approaching 3 months due to shipping into UK.

The furniture units were generally good quality and as advertised. There has been a problem with some of the bolt-on legs supplied. Three of the legs failed as the metal insert pulled out of the wooden leg when the nut was tightened. I have received suitable replacements for the first batch of furniture, and am waiting for the second. Better quality control on the legs is needed.

Products ok for the price but it should be clarified the origin of them. Made a mistake with order but they fixed it though should have taken them less.

Wasn't the exact colour I thought it was. Don't match what i already have in the hallway. But it does the job and it's well made.

The piece of furniture when it arrived was very well packaged and undamaged and looks very nice in our hallway. Reason for only 3 stars was because the item upon ordering was described as in stock, but was then back ordered for quite some weeks, yet my I still had to pay up front.

Very stylish desk with good quality materials and very well made. The only thing is the clearance underneath where your legs suppose to fit in... The total height from the floor to the bottom of the desk is 57 cm (22,5 inches). Now you need 20 cm gap underneath the desk for your legs to be comfortable and move in and out of the desk area. This means your office chair seat height from the floor should be 37 cm max. The ideal office chair height for my height (which is 177 cm) is 43-48 cm... So the desk is actually almost 10 cm higher - or where the middle draw is - the clearance should have been higher - ie the middle draw needed to be narrower? There is an obvious ergonomical mistake here?

Unfortunately we had to move the mirror hanging hooks because they weren't in the right place so we couldn't hang the mirrors straight up on the wall. My friend who had also ordered the same round window mirrors had the same problem. It was a real nuisance and I thought it was very careless of the company that made them as they were expensive. They were also delivered over a month later than originally promised.

Unit OK, not best. Very light weight materials. catch broken on one of the doors but door still closes.

I was given incorrect information on the length of the bench I ordered and it does not slide under the table unfortunately. I specifically asked before I bought as I have limited space. So it's not great. The furniture itself is lovely.

We purchased a dining room table and chairs on 15th MAY this year are still waiting for it, they keep telling me it’s imminent but I don’t think I’m going to have a table for Christmas diner this year. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Table was delivered Sunday before Christmas, must say the two men did a lovely job unpacking and installing the furniture and tidying up afterwards, great job. Thanks.

My wife ordered a hifi unit in May. It arrived in September. I ordered a second unit in September. It arrived damaged. Replacement sent. I now have to wait in a third time for collection of the damaged unit. Could do better!!!

I do not feel it was made clear as to how difficult it was to erect the shed and the tools one needed. I had to employ a joiner to assist me. Also I feel the shed should be supplied with a shelf and lock.
