“Delivery delayed but was kept informed of due date on a regular basis. Well worth the wait, its a beautiful piece of furniture much admired by all.The furniture was so well wrapped for delivery it could not have possibly sustained any damage in transit. 100% pleased.”

“I recently ordered a CD/DVD cabinet from Only Oak, and am delighted with the excellent quality of the item - well built and well finished. There was a minor glitch over the delivery, and what raised Only Oak's performance from "excellent" to "outstanding" was the very efficient and friendly way in which the problem was handled. Once I had explained what had happened, there was no delay in putting everything right, and the entire transaction was back on track by the following afternoon. I am more than pleased with Only Oak, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating buying top quality oak furniture.”

“The bed squeaks and Only Oak say it’s to do with assembly. I have assembled 3 of these EXACT SAME BEDS in the past w2 months for my new home with no problems. There is also a slat missing from the bed but they haven’t addressed that complaint. Very poor customer service.”

“Brought Royalcraft Sun Loungers, these were the cheapest I could find online. Came very quickly, courier very informative. There was a very small problem with one of the loungers which was sorted out by Customer Services very quickly. Would definitely buy more furniture from this company.”
