“We searched for a long time for the perfect table and this is it! Delighted with it. Also, the delivery drivers were extremely helpful as we live on a very steep hill and they went above and beyond to make sure the table was delivered as planned- thank you.”

“I ordered a kitchen island from Only Oak Furniture, which was duly delivered and deposited in our kitchen. However, on opening the top of the box containing the cabinet, we discovered some significant damage. I took some photos and emailed Only Oak Furniture immediately. They arranged to have the island picked up for return, and after a few days, we received a full refund, les the original delivery charge. Service-wise, I have no complaints, it's just a shame the item was damaged. My wife and I were a little disappointed, and will now have to resume our search for an island.”

“From stumbling accross Only Oak Furniture website to the installation of the amazing units was a pleasure and such an incredible positive customer service. The advice, updates and superb friendliness from Shannon and Adam was absolutely perfect. I needed to call and update my order due to my incorrect measuring and my attempt to miss essential pipework, this was handled so very well by Shannon and I felt very reassured that nothing was too much trouble. The quality and workmanship on all the units supplied is stunning. My wife and myself were very excited for the delivery. I was contacted with an update from Adam about a week or so before the planned delivery and the team worked round my available dates that allowed me to be home, this was an extra courtesy which I felt was fantastic. On the day of a delivery I was contacted by the driver Craig who was simply amazing, a wonderful attitude, again, courteous along with a beautiful humerous nature. There are videos on YouTube of the stunning variety of products which have a unique consistency of build, so you know what you're going to get, even if you decide to buy another unit at a later stage, you'll get the same design and manufacture process. I watched them over and over which helped me measure where my electrics and pipework was going to go. I installed everyting by myself, if it had not been for the quality of the units I don't think I'd have had the luxury of completing everything as well as I did as a complete amateur. I have to apologise to Craig, we spoke about his next drop off and I sent him in the wrong direction but I didn't realise until after he'd left. Dear chap had been on the road since the early hours of the morning ! Adsolutely brilliant Only Oak furniture. Thank you so much I cannot recommend you more, quite possibly the best buying experience I've ever had.”

“Lovely quality butcher's block top and base unit for my kitchen island. Have had to use candle wax to make the drawers run smoothly. But otherwise it was perfect. Love the casters ..very useful when we had to move the old fridge out of the kitchen. Your delivery company team were EXCEPTIONAL.”

“Excellent furniture , & service. Arrived on time. It said on the internet that you get wooden & metal handles, so that you can have a change. Unfortunately the wooden handles didn’t arrive with the furniture. But in texting Only Oak Furniture to let them know , they were excellent & I had the wooden handles within a week. Very please with the service.”

“Very pleased with appearance and quality of the corner cabinet which was delivered fully assembled, apart from easily positioned glass shelves, of course, and all in perfect condition. All the moving parts, like door, drawers, etc, are ideally fitting and operate smoothly. The only disappointment, corrected, was that there was only one set of handles instead of the two promised to choose from.”
