Didn't receive my order and everytime I contacted them about it the goalposts kept changing eg you have to wait 7 days before we class it as lost, then it was 10 days , then it was 14 days. Had to go through PayPal to get my refund. Your customer services are absolute rubbish and I would never place an order with this company again.

Unfortunately most pop had a use by date of September and didnt taste nice.

Please do not buy this! It’s not a pick n mix it’s just one blue sweet! When I contacted customer services they were absolutely useless told them it’s my own fault and there’s nothing they can do as they don’t actually make the mix they buy it from else where! I’m gutted as this was for my daughter party! Never ever order from here again!

Very poor as these were not the sweets I was after. These are a replacement sweet peanut not the original ones which the picture suggested

3 of my boxes of sweets were broken leaving broken bits of plastic in the sweets. These were getting used for passing on to someone which I now cannot do. When I emailed to ask for advice I was told they do not offer refund because the sweets can still be used!! Not the product I purchased though, this being a “box” of sweets

Would describe the company as the Ryanair of Sweets! I’ve ordered several times, cheap price, fast delivery, regularly receive discount codes. However on this order the parcel reached Evri’s depot and then stalled. Eventually (after 10+ days of no status change) the parcel was deemed missing and my order refunded. However the customer service from the company was shockingly poor! First they only respond if you fill in the online form from the website - replying to their email response to the form, is ignored (even when their response to the form says reply to the email!). Despite saying on each interaction I still want the order re-picked and sent again, it was refunded and hence cancelled. I used a voucher to get 25% off at the time I ordered. When I asked for another code so I could re-order (after they had refunded) they responded saying no offer codes are valid. I also asked to be credited the value of the original discount, so I could re order at the same cost to me as my original order, but they never responded to that ask at all. Nor did they offer a 20% code which was valid at the time and visible on their Facebook site. Nor did they offer any goodwill gesture for failing to deliver my original order. If you read their trustpilot company responses it will be clear the level of poor customer service you can expect. They seem to think that when their courier fails it’s not a reflection of their company, when ultimately they have chosen their courier and have the option of choosing a better courier- the service of Evri/Hermes is no secret.

as explained your order was lost by the courier and you were refunded in full by ourselves. code was limited to the day you ordered so no further code was offered

a con got 7 packets of cream cracker as my 7 mystery items. And the £10 mystery box was worth less than £10 when i added up the contents. stay clear

I ordered sweet peanuts there was no flavour of peanuts at all, they just tasted vanilla very bland .

Sorry to say but this is the 2nd time in 6months my purchase has gone missing.i blame evri for this but i dont understand why you are still using this company.

sorry if your order has gone missing, however this is out of our control and can happen with any parcel from any retailer so leaving US the 1* review makes us sad as you have been refunded at our own cost, yet we get the negative review...

I am only doing this review as it was requested via email. When I received my order it was a complete mess. I had ordered 9 large packs of various crisps and when I opened the box the crisp bags were emptied all over the place. Every time I went to pick up a pack they all came pouring out the other end. 5 large packs of crisps out of 9 were damaged and open and it was a complete mess. So disappointed. They also don't replace the damaged items. I'm disabled and when I order things it's because I can't go to the shops so I need for them not to be damaged and going in the bin. They did refund the redundant items but that left me needing to order from somewhere else which is more hassle.

sorry if your order was damaged this can happen on route as the parcel passes through several depots we send over 10,000 parcels a month so a handful will get damaged unfortunately

Its clear who is lying. you refused to accept the parcel because you were "shielding" but the driver could have easily dropped the parcel off at your doorstep but you refused this your order was returned but before we had a chance to refund you, you wrongly started a chargeback with the bank you could have easily had your order as the deliver driver was at your door and you spoke to them, waste of everyone's time and money.

delivered as if the box had been kicked about next day delivery 6 days later pay for a service you never get use a better courier ervi are a joke off a company to use Delivery photo was off a road not my flat

Absolutely rude. Sent me the wrong sweets and when questioned I was told the product page says that the pictures are for illustration purposes only, as I screenshot the pages it was nowhere to be seen, in response to this comment from me, this is what they stated below. you have received rhubarb and custard sweets so this is what you have we wont offer any refund or replacements here as you have received the items you ordered images are for illustration purposes and not always how the sweets are the sweets are pink and yellow and taste of rhubarb and custard so are accurate. I quote the sweets are pink and yellow and taste of Rhubarb and custard. Absolute joke. They sent me Rhubarb and custard twists. Completely different sweet. Also they sent some drumstick bars which were open and said because they come in a pack of 10 they can't do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER!!
