“I purchased 4 x 32 full boxes of star bars & added discount codes so I did get them a little bit cheaper than they were advertised for but the BBE date is Dec 2025 which is the reason I gave 3 stars.”

“I have purchased many times from one pound sweets the range is good but have stopped selling some of the sweets I like. They are quick At sending and packaged well I have had some discount codes sent me that don’t work which I’m disappointed about”

“At this time, I would only score 3 stars because of the lack of stock! The sweets I like have not been in stock now for several months, and further ones I have been ordering recently are now (again) out of stock. People order from these places because of their favourites so this to me is no good.”

“Mostly of ot was absolutely fine - but despite buying everything from the vegetarian section we still ended up woth sweets with gelatine in them. I shouldn't have to double check if sweets I bought from a vegetarian section has gelatine or not - if you don't know just don't mark it as vegetarian!”

“I made a mistake with the delivery address, they were unable to help or work with delivery company. Then ignored my e-mails. Then 2 weeks later the goods were delivered after looking like they’d been run over.”

“In 2023 I was given a discount code which entitled me to free delivery, but when I placed my first order in 2024 the code didn't work. I don't think anyone appreciates loyalty anymore. I've made some orders already this year hoping that a new code might be sent, but not yet?”

“Having recently made a purchase which included a few sugar free items (Barley Sugar, Everton Mints and Strawberry and Cream) it has to be said that you can tell the difference between the sugar free and sugar versions. The sugar free are just not as enjoyable, by some distance. I wouldn't buy those again. Everything else - lovely.”

all bags are sold by weight so the size of the acutal bag is irrelevent as we use the same size bags for multiple proudcts - some of which are bigger so fill the bag, some are smaller so bag is more empty. However the weight is correct.

“I used to be a regular customer, but these days not so much. The main reason is the sweets have gotten smaller and shorter and the price has gone up so much do that you can hardly call the company "one pound sweets" anymore! Unfortunately, there are a few types of sweets I can only get here so every now and again, I come back!”

“Expensive and quality control was lacking: many broken and unwrapped sweets in the packets. About a third of the chocoate limes didn't contain any chocolate. Taste was good but I was disappointed.”

“Good website easy to use good dispatch. I am diabetic so ordered a variety of sugar free sweets. The sweets were horrible lacking taste was main issue. Had to refer to bag in some cases to know what flavour it was”
