Would describe the company as the Ryanair of Sweets! I’ve ordered several times, cheap price, fast delivery, regularly receive discount codes.
However on this order the parcel reached Evri’s depot and then stalled. Eventually (after 10+ days of no status change) the parcel was deemed missing and my order refunded.
However the customer service from the company was shockingly poor!
First they only respond if you fill in the online form from the website - replying to their email response to the form, is ignored (even when their response to the form says reply to the email!).
Despite saying on each interaction I still want the order re-picked and sent again, it was refunded and hence cancelled.
I used a voucher to get 25% off at the time I ordered. When I asked for another code so I could re-order (after they had refunded) they responded saying no offer codes are valid.
I also asked to be credited the value of the original discount, so I could re order at the same cost to me as my original order, but they never responded to that ask at all.
Nor did they offer a 20% code which was valid at the time and visible on their Facebook site.
Nor did they offer any goodwill gesture for failing to deliver my original order.
If you read their trustpilot company responses it will be clear the level of poor customer service you can expect. They seem to think that when their courier fails it’s not a reflection of their company, when ultimately they have chosen their courier and have the option of choosing a better courier- the service of Evri/Hermes is no secret.
