3 of my boxes of sweets were broken leaving broken bits of plastic in the sweets. These were getting used for passing on to someone which I now cannot do.
When I emailed to ask for advice I was told they do not offer refund because the sweets can still be used!! Not the product I purchased though, this being a “box” of sweets
