YOU refused the parcel so the issue is 100% down to you
We will refund you once we receive the parcel back but NOT before
If you make a complaint with your bank it will be rejected so dont waste your time
You have just been a massive waste of my time as you could have had the parcel the first time they delivered it but for no apparent reason you would not simply open the door to the courier and move 3 meters back
If you are shielding you should know how to receive parcels safely
Also do not order again with us

Evri delivery person came on 30.03.23, but refused to deliver my parcel as I refused to open my door to take a photo.
Kindly inform your Evri delivery person about disability discrimination act.
Inform Evri-
Enter the building and go to the 4th floor. Knock my door and wait for answer as due disability, can't go downstairs to pick-up parcel and leave parcel directly in front of flat door , number 51.At home due to disability and homebound, so will answer.
