“Never received the order as you can see from picture it was left OUTSIDE the garden gate in full view of the public - Delivered Friday, 30 August, 17:25 Your package was left near the garden The Amazon driver did not bring it onto my property and despite living in a cul de sac there is a public right of way which would enable anyone passing to see the box. Also I didn't realise to some 45 mins after delivery. Your attitude - don't care. It's a dead end no passing traffic. Cars turn round. Very poor customer service.. will jot use again”

“Terrible customer service, replies were like a teenager texting their mum. No help at all when I informed them some of the items I had were expired. They kept telling me it was a best before date and that the items would be fine to eat for the next few months. I contacted the company that produced the crisps and they informed me that indeed it was an expiry date. I did not pay a discounted price for the crisps despite customer services claiming I did. Such a shame as if I had a decent response to my query I may have been back to buy more products which may have exceeded my order of just over £50 this time.”

“I can't really comment on the actual sweets as I never received them. Amazon delivered them to the wrong address and when I contacted One Pound Sweets they weren't interested as Amazon had provided a picture of delivery. The fact that the picture was nowhere within the place that I wanted them delivered to didn't matter to this company, they only cared that they'd been delivered. So I hope whoever received my sweets enjoyed them!! Will never use this company again as their after sales customer service is atrocious!”

“Purchased 2 boxes of crisps. Received the wrong ones i ordered sent me Real Ox flavour with only10 days left on the sell buy date on both boxes. Should have received Pipers longhorn beef crisps. Contacted customer service and was told i had received the correct order, If i wanted to return the order i had to pay for the return postage. I asked them why the crisps i had received only had 10 days left on the sell buy date. They never responded to my question. If you want to spend your money on end of date products then this shop will be great for you. See attached photos.”

“I found a tooth in my jelly button and have cracked my own teeth. I’ve been in touch with you and you sent me £3.45 ! I’m still waiting for a dentist to see me and what the other foreign object is by tests. I m sure it’s a molar tooth but there’s very sharp metal on one side”

YOU made the error on your, thinking you ordered sugar free aniseed twists when we dont actually sell these. YOU ordered aniseed drops and this is what we sent you. So not sure why the 1* review when you ordered the wrong item

“Sweets were delivered into my waste food caddy! I didn't know. I added waste food to it in the dark as i put it out for collection. A couple of days later i saw an email saying my sweets were delivered safely😡🤬into the waste food caddy. One Pound Sweets has blamed me and refused to put things right. Who puts sweets into bins contaminated with rotting food anyway🥵! The courier was Evri! I'm furious!”

your email stated you required the sweets for a birthday party that you stated had already happened so we refunded you for the as clearly they were no longer needed. courier lost parcel you were refunded in full.
