sorry you thought these were expensive - if you Google the product we are actually the cheapest anywhere on the internet and you get next day delivery for £3.99

“Did not receive the order, i have been advised i put the incorrect postcode, duh ive lived there all my life, and I have yet to receive a refund or a replacement.”

hi you entered 7AB on the postcode when it should be 7AA so you have may lived there all your life but you entered it wrong and as such as not delivered. we do not offer refunds if the address is wrong as we ask you 4 times to check the address before we ship it.

“Very disappointed that my order never arrived. That's the second time this has happened and on both occasions the courier was blamed, and according to OPS this happens quite often so why are they still using Hermes? I have had a couple of orders and the sweets are always very good so if your order actually arrives then you won't be disappointed but I am reluctant to order more.”

sorry, you didn't get the order but yes the courier is to blame for this. you were refunded in full at our own expense.

“Placed an order on the 25th November now the 8th of December and still haven't got it. Contacted customer service to be told it pretty much wasn't to do with them I had to contact the delivery company. So helpful....NOT. won't b ordering again”

sorry for your delivery being late, however, what we said was... we have contacted Hermes for an update, you can contact them as well if you wish. if the order hasn't arrived within the next 7 days please contact us again for a refund.

“This is the second order that I have recieved where the box has been torn open and the contents missing, claw marks suggesting a rat, one who especially likes twirl bars.... I contacted One Pound Sweets and they said "hi seems this is the 2nd time this has happened to you so we recommend you dont order again or use the fastest delivery method so it is delivered by dpd we have forwarded this on to hermes again to investigate as clear an issue at your local depot order has been refunded today " I had used the next-day delivery and obviously, they say the courier has the issue, but apparently, I am no longer to order from them ?? I did receive a full refund for the products I ordered though so that was good. I would say be careful of the size of the chocolate bars or packets as at times they can be a lot smaller than you were expecting, so a word of caution to check what size you are paying for as smaller is sometimes why it's cheaper.”

“Wrong chocolate eggs sent Ordered Cadbury cream eggs but got cheaper kinder eggs. No kids to pass them to so waste of £20. No response from company so won’t use again”

“Wasn’t very impressed with the delivery time as I had paid £5. Customer service were not very helpful. Products were squashed into a small box and chocolate bars were out of date within 3 days of receiving. Very disappointed!!”
