Absolutely rude. Sent me the wrong sweets and when questioned I was told the product page says that the pictures are for illustration purposes only, as I screenshot the pages it was nowhere to be seen, in response to this comment from me, this is what they stated below. you have received rhubarb and custard sweets so this is what you have we wont offer any refund or replacements here as you have received the items you ordered images are for illustration purposes and not always how the sweets are the sweets are pink and yellow and taste of rhubarb and custard so are accurate. I quote the sweets are pink and yellow and taste of Rhubarb and custard. Absolute joke. They sent me Rhubarb and custard twists. Completely different sweet. Also they sent some drumstick bars which were open and said because they come in a pack of 10 they can't do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER!!

Last box was very disappointing, pull of got all of the contents from B&M for less than the price. So won't be ordering again.

rude customer service, stated that it was my fault that delivery would take more than seven days as I was and I quote "in the middle of nowhere " actually I am on skye scotland and we get next day delivery I am sure the Sweets will be amazing when they arrive, however so very disappointed, will not buy again also suggest you do some customer service education training

Ordered over twenty three pounds in sweets as a regular customer and never received order apparently lost in post. Very disappointed and thinking of skipping ordering in future. Disappointed as I am a big sweet eater.

Did two separate orders. One arrived. One didn’t. Had to wait nearly a month from the time of ordering to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Took so many messages just to get told I had to wait ANOTHER 14 days as the tracking had been updated to say yet again (previously updated saying delayed) there was a delay with my parcel so policy is the 14 days wait for a refund starts again! Won’t be ordering from u again

I signed up for a subscription of ten pounds of sweets a month for the grandchildren but when I checked the bill its actually just 8 pound for the sweets the rest 14 pound all in so 6 of the price which is nearly half is vat and postage which looks quite bad cause it says 10 pound a month of sweets think I will be canceling this and just sending them 10 pound to go the shop for sweets.i have used pound sweets for a while and its been excellent but I think this offer is quite poor

hi the price of the box is £10 this includes VAT you then pay postage on top which is also subject to VAT so standard price for monthly box is £13.60 all in. you are not charged extra than the price on the website. £10 + £3.60 delivery.

Order didn’t arrive, they won’t refund me My order didn’t arrive. When I contacted them they told me it was tracking as delivered and left in my bin last week. They refused to refund me as they said it’s my responsibility to check my bins for parcels. I didn’t even know it had been despatched as no emails from them. They were so rude to me . Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The parcel was shown as delivered we have no other evidence to suggest otherwise. The customer's email address has been used 19 times on 19 different orders to 19 different addresses with 19 different names on our website over the past 2 years ... so this is suspicious in itself.

sorry for the delay on the parcel we have raised this with the courier we have no emails from you about this so if you emailed us sooner we could have resolved the issue much quicker and easier

My delivery showed with Hermes as not received. I contacted one pound sweets who immediately refunded my order (without me asking) I then queried if I could get my order in time for Christmas (this was a couple of day’s beforehand, even though I had placed my order in plenty of time) and was told to use the express option, I asked if I could have a discount code and got told no. I received generic emails back about Hermes. I therefore ended up with missing presents for Christmas. Such a shame as I have used them before and never had any problems but the customer service in reply to my emails was disappointing, therefore I shan’t use them again.

sorry, your delivery was lost however you received a full refund at our own expense. You could have ordered again with next day delivery if you required these items, but as you didn't seem the order was not as necessary as you made out.

Sadly my order never arrived. Was placed on 12th Dec...was with Hermes on 15th but didn't ever arrive. Not the fault of the company but perhaps they should consider another courier?

Goods were delivered to the wrong address, seller never responded to my first supply ticket (sent a few minutes after the order was placed), only responded to the second ticket to claim that the address could not be changed and no refund would be offered.

hi you ordered at 2pm and we got an email at 7pm saying your address was incorrect, however, we shipped your order within 1 hour so it could not be changed we ask you twice before checking out to check your address and once on the confirmation of order page. so you did not provide the information in time and so your parcel was delivered to the address given so this 1* review is unnecessary seeing as it was your own fault for the error.

Awful people. My rider was lost by their courier, in fact I'm still waiting and they do not care. Will not send a replacement order. Still no refund. Will never use them again EVER

sorry for the delay in your order getting to you, we have replied to every support ticket and done all we can to get the parcel moving and we can see it is still active as of today 20th - https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/parcel/C00HHA0105917880/details our refund policy is clear and requires 14 days of no movement on the tracking system before a refund can be issued as parcels can be found and delivered weeks later, as will be the case here. we do offer faster and more reliable delivery methods which you were free to choose if this was a Christmas gift rather than the slow cheaper option.

We have replied to your support message and ask that you contact us again if the parcel has not been delivered after a further 7 days - you haven't done this so how are we supposed to know the parcel still has not arrived. refund has been issued for the lost parcel today.
