“Love the bottle and delighted that you were able to supply a plastic free top and that should we need to, our old One Green Bottle metal lids will fit the new bottle. You seem to need to tighten the lid very tightly to avoid leaks (far more than with our existing bottles). We already have a chip in the colour on the outside of the bottle after just a few days of use.”

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that you love the bottle and that you're pleased with the replacement lid options. We're so sorry to hear that the bottle has developed a chip, as our powder-coated finish is designed to be durable and hard-wearing. We have a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Please email our support team with your order number, a photo of the chipped area and a little more information about how the bottle has been washed. We will review and get back to you with a resolution.

“Bottles are very good... just one spout is a bit wonky, but doesn't leak so it's fine. Arrived on time and was securely packaged”

“Best bottles out there! Sturdy, slimline for keeping in your bag and great for the kids. Have bought two and they've lasted ages, much longer than any other bottle. Also feels good to support a smaller company with ethical practices.”

“Great product, greet service. Nothing I would change!”

“We’ve all had One Green Bottle for years, i only came on to replace the sports caps which have taken a hammering over the years and needed replacing. I did buy a few more bottles too, insulated ones for the kids now they’re older. They last forever, the colours are great, you can easily buy replacement caps, and I feel much happier knowing they’re not drinking from plastic bottles, especially in this heat!”

“I had to order a new bottle cap for my existing bottle but was unable to draw any liquid through it. I had to remove the rubber'breath hole' and found that there was still a piece of rubber covering the exit hole that hadn't been removed during manufacturing.”

Hi Ian, Thanks for your order and review. Many apologies that a small piece of silicone was still in place on the valve from manufacturing. This is extremely rare for this to happen, but we are glad you managed to fix the issue. We hope you are enjoying your new bottle. Many thanks

“I absolutely love these bottles, they're really sturdy and I really like the sports cap with a straw. It's so accessible to just grab a quick drink, whatever you're doing, without having to tip the bottle or open a lid! Just flip up the spout and you're good to go!”

“Really please, a great product at a good price.”

“Great quality bottles in lovely colours. My daughter loves her new bottle. The reason I've only given 4 stars is I think that the jelly bottom should come as standard and not a paid extra. Also I understand why this is a more expensive bottle but i've bought this in the sale to make it affordable for us.”

“Been ordering from this company for years for bottles for my son. Finally bought some for myself too. Great products and great service. There was a hiccup with my most recent order and it was resolved very quickly.”
