“I bought some spare caps for our bottles, as our previous straw- caps had developed leaks. The "supergreen" caps are good so far, because they don't have the tiny rubber bungs to get lost/fail. We like the bottles a lot, and fingers crossed for no more leaks.”

“I recently purchased x2 800ml Evolution V2 – stainless steel insulated bottle and x1 600ml Brew Flask – Reusable insulated leakproof cup with handle and carry strap. I am extremely pleased with the products. Very well made, nice feel, keeps drinks cold or hot depending on what you’re drinking of course, for long periods of time. Absolutely amazing items and by buying their products you are helping the environment. Win, win for me. Keep doing what you do BOTL.”

“I purchased my wife one of the 500ml Tough Canteen bottles many years ago, on a recent visit to a beach sand entered the mechanism for the mouthpiece, we replaced this with the spare that came with the bottle but fealt that it would be good to purchase another spare black quench cap. I was pleased and surprised that you had replacements in stock, we purchased two which were delivered the next day. Excellent service, well done!”

“Great bottle which keeps your liquid at the temperature you filled it. I like the slim style as it’s easy for me to hold with one hand, rather than some of the fatter bottles which my small hand can’t grip and I need to hold with two hands!”

“I bought two of the epic 400ml bottles. Really impressed with the quality! They’re perfect for kids - they have non slip bases, are really sturdy and have little flip up handles they can hold. I bought from one green bottle as I’ve been using one myself for 4 years and it’s still going strong.”

“I needed a new lid for a cup I’ve had for about 5 years. I was unsure which would work and didn’t want to have to buy a whole new cup. The customer service person was very helpful and was able to point me to the correct item. The lid arrived and is much better than my old one. Hopefully my cup will last another 5 years now.”

“Brilliant idea to save kids from the perils of microplastics but the teets that come with the bottle have an ineffective vent so they collapse and the baby has to suck very hard to get the milk. I think if you position the vent at the top it helps but hard to do this as you can only see where it is from inside the bottle. Maybe could do with a better effective vent in the teet.”

“I’m not sure how to feel about these. I wanted to return them but paying postage etc wouldn’t have made it worth it. The sippy lids aren’t particularly stable and accidentally ordered extra because I didn’t realise they came with the toddle weening bottles. They don’t seem to function well as described but simply as baby bottles they’re fine. The nipple is really nice. Very mom like. The colours are beautiful. The thermos/snack(?) container lid aspect is great and I didn’t realise it came with it. The description of the bottles and their functions could be more clear with clearer pictures on the website but for the discounted price they’re okay! Nice to not be feeding baby out of plastic as well as the plastic is only on the outer aspects of the bottles.”

“The replacement top for toddlers is slipping off and leaking during the feed. The cap doesn't fit. I contacted Customer services about the faulty product and sent them the photos, but they are refusing to accept returns/issue refunds. Unless I record a video”

As per our warranty (terms and conditions,) we need the required information. We appreciate the photo's, but we cannot see the issue without a video.
