“My second time buying from One Green Bottle and I genuinely wouldn’t use any other bottle brand! My first bottle lasted me 4 years and is still in great condition, but I decided to go for a slightly bigger one this time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Green Bottle if you want value for money and good quality products.”

“I had to buy a replacement bottle lid as the previous one with a straw cracked. This happened in my daughter's bottle too. New simple lid without a straw seems to be more robust.”

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had trouble with your cap. We offer a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing issues, although accidental damage unfortunately isn’t covered. Due to the nature of polypropylene, it is a little more brittle compared to softer plastics commonly used in chemical leaching bottles. However, all of our products are eco-friendly and can be readily recycled. We also sell a variety of replacement caps in case of accidental damage and to suit different preferences, allowing customers with existing bottles to continue to use their bottle, while also avoiding a bottle going to waste. Our bottles do not leach microplastics, making them a much safer option for both people and the planet. Many thanks

“I have an old bottle from OGB and want to keep it going so the ability to buy spare parts is welcome. However, two things I'm unhappy about: (1) No economy postage option, only an expensive 24h option. This makes its uneconomical to buy said spare parts, and many people won't. (2) The company says it's fighting against plastic waste but sends a big floppy plastic straw with a new bottle cap. I've never used my bottle with a straw: this should be an optional extra you buy separately. To be truly eco-friendly, this company needs a bit more joined-up thinking.”

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding postage, we are currently looking into alternative shipping providers; we do currently use Royal Mail. Please rest assured that we do not make any profit from shipping fees and only charge what we are charged by Royal Mail. As for the straws, we supply 100% food-grade BPA/BPS silicone straws made from recycled materials and fully recyclable, which can also be cut to size. They come with all replacement caps and can be kept handy for smoothies or cocktails for those who prefer not to use them as internal straws in the bottle. “Love this company. Bought the lightweight 1200ml bottle for my sister who was tired of having plastic bottles break and crack, but wanted a larger sized water bottle. I already have the smaller bottles for my kids and they are honestly the longest lasted water bottles we've ever used - love them and would recommend to anyone :)”

“Really happy with my bottle went for this company specifically as recommended by my daughter when she was a student she lost a bottle and wrote to order another one and they sent one free as a kind gesture and an extra cup. “The small bottles are a perfect size for our children to bring to school and out & about. They also love the design and colours and I like how the lid is a nice simple design. My oldest boy has had his at school for almost 4 years now, has managed not to lose it and despite losing the straw from inside, is still able and happy to use it!”

“Was looking for a new water bottle as all the ones I have either leaks or full of plastics. I like how transparent they are with the materials used, especially that they are BPA and BPS free which I could not find on any other bottle that offers a sip lid. I also like the big sizes and the strap and handle attachments. Plus its B Corp and sustainable!”

“Botl is the brand to go for reliable, great quality reusable bottles. I've ordered 5 over the past few years, including their new Epic Cafe bottle, which has saved me from buying many disposable cups -I also bring my own coffee, which is great when you love your own brew more than anything outside. It keeps liquids hot/cold for many hours. Easy to clean, safe materials, and very pretty.”

“I have 6 of these bottles for my family. We have a big insulated one we take cups of tea to picnics in. I have one for my everyday use that's been going strong for 3 years (just a new straw). My 3 yr old and 4 year old used the 350ml tough canteen from about a year old and have taken it to nursery and school which they have survived! I have just upgraded them to 500ml bottles and the 350ml are now used at home and for picnics. Grandma brought 2 for her house which get frequent use after the plastic ones she brought got broken within a year and were aweful for mould. I don't know why this company isn't more well known! We love them!”

I love the quality of the products, the vibrant colours and the excellent additional features that they come with. “I’ve purchased several bottles and a mug over the years since discovering One Green Bottle. I love this company’s ethos, it’s a great fit with mine! The products have stood the test of time with the purchase of some replacement lids. The bottle design also seems to have improved since the first ones, I like that ice cubes fit in easily now. My only concern is that the lids for my original bottles have been discontinued so they’ll now only last as long as their new lids. Great choice of colours too.”

“I bought a second bottle after the plastic cap on the first one broke, as it was actually cheaper to replace the whole bottle than to buy a replacement cap with delivery. Unfortunately, the same issue has happened again with the second bottle. This suggests a recurring quality problem, which is really disappointing.”
