Hi there, thanks for your feedback. So sorry to hear you're disappointed with our postage fee. Unfortunately, the price is determined by Royal Mail, and we don't make a profit on this. We did for a time have our caps with integrated postage, making them £10 each, and we took a small loss. However, customer research showed us that customers preferred to buy multiple caps at a time, which spread out the shipping cost, so we made it more cost-effective to have the shipping price separate. I do understand your frustration on this, and making replacement parts more affordable is something we are looking into with different shipping options. We are proud to offer replacement parts, which a lot of our competitors do not, as we want to promote sustainability, and fixing rather than replacing culture.

“I have two of the epic bottles and I love them! I really would not drink as much water as I do without them. They stay so cold for so long, especially when you put ice in the bottle as well (the opening leaves lots of room for this too!)”

“This is the 5th One green bottle I have had and I usually absolutely love them, hence why I continue to order. My most recent one is 800ml and I’m disappointed with its ability to keep my water cool. My past bottles have kept drinks cold for a long time but this one only seems to last an hour maximum. 🥺”

Please can you confirm your order and reply to our email, as there must be an issue with your bottle if it has arrived like this, and does not keep the contents hot/cold. “I love my little 350 Evolution marshmallow BOTL. So nice to hold and easily refillable and cleanable. I don't find I need the straw - a bit faffy. I wanted a bigger one and ordered an EPIC 750 - but I have to say that I don't like how it feels to carry - a bit fat and cumbersome with the carry hook thing. So i will be going back to Evolution. But I really love the feel and look of the products. Well worth the extra £.”

“Brilliant bottles. Satisfying weight, good range of sizes and the handles you can buy separately make them really easy to carry. We were given some for my children for Christmas and I’ve now bought some for all of us and spares. Grateful for the lack of toxins and efforts to have as little environmental impact as possible! I’ve used BoomerangTags on them now too so they look even more beautiful and hopefully the bottles will be returned to me if I misplace it - even better environmentally 😊.”

“I had a little bottle but lost it and thought it was a promo one off and irreplaceable, so was thrilled to find the same size canteen on your website available to order within 24 hours. It's the perfect size and a fabulous colour too. (My old one was a bubblegum pink and a bit scuffed). I love my new botl.”

“This is our sixth bottle from Botl and, as you can probably guess from the fact that we're on our sixth, that we are more than happy with the quality of the product and the delightful service. And the Botls just keep getting better! Delivery was prompt and the price continues to offer good value for money considering the quality of the bottle and service. Thoroughly recommended. I look forward to ordering my seventh bottle! (To clarify, we're a family of four and after building towards each have a water bottle and a hot drinks cup.)”

“I'm a big fan of One Green Bottle. I've had their bottles before and like the sleek design and the ability to keep my drink super cold on a hot day. This time I upgraded to the bigger size (1200ml). I was concerned it might be too big but I love it. The eco nature of the organisation was the most important thing in choosing where to purchase a bottle. Keep up the excellent work!”

“This is our second lot of bottles, only replaced because one got lost. The other is still going strong after daily primary school-child use for the last 6 years including being regularly dropped etc!”

“Everyone in the family had one of these, now the toddler got her own and loves it. These are not perfect and we have had to replace the plastic drinking parts a couple times over the years but overall we’re happy with these bottles.”
