“Great bottles and friendly customer service. When there was a stock issue for a bottle I ordered, customer services got in touch to resolve the issue quickly, meaning the order still arrived the next day!”

“Poor quality screw mechanism for the bottle top on the protein shaker. Difficult to engage correctly, poorly engineered always causes a problem. The tolerances used are no good for something g of this diameter. Their normal bottles are superb, I’ve had my stainless bottle with stainless top for way over 10 years, maybe 15 - ive replaced the o ring a couple of times and I use it pretty much daily. Steer clear of the protein shaker though.”

“We bought 3 x bottles 4 years ago; 1 has failed as a flask somehow, but the other 2 work as good as ever in temps up to 34C. I have just bought 4 x replacement silicon straws as the origianals will not clean up anymore, I also bought 2 tabs for carrying the bottles or to hang onto a backpack when on holiday next year. I would recommend the bottles to anybody needing a cool drnk when they are out in the Caribbean when drinking hours after filling and its still ice cold.”

“Having accidentally lost the straw for my partner's much-used, much-loved (no longer available) OneGreenBottle water bottle, I was eventually able to find, and contact Botl. To my amazement, Botl customer service were able to identify the type and immediately confirm the correct fit. I ordered forthwith, and was delighted to receive the quality replacement straw within a few days. Household calm restored, the bottle is now back in action, in constant use. Thank you, Botl!”

“My 2 girl's love there bottle's and I love that I can replace certain parts of them too, making them more green by lasting longer. I recommend them to other parents too. I will be getting another once my little boy starts preschool next year. I brought replacement parts on this occasion as don't need another bottle just yet.”

“We love our botl but have a habit of dropping them and breaking the tops so amazing that I can buy replacements the only down side is the replacements aren't always in stock in the right colour (needed 1 black and one white 1 pink one blue this time and it was only the blue I could colour match, hence 4 not 5 stars)”

“Ordered some replacement lids as they do not seem to last very long. One of the lids arrived with a missing seal, which we did not notice until it leaked all over the car seat. Luckily I have a bunch of spare seals from previous lids that have broken. Other than that, the bottles are great.”
