“I love everything about the bottles and the company. I got my partner a bottle for her birthday and after seeing hers and using it I bought the 1200ml one for her (so when we camp we she has 2l water storage) and I got a 800ml everyday bottle. I. LOVE. THEM. And will be getting myself a 1200ml one at some point too.”

“Really impressed by my bottles, I ordered one for myself, one for my toddler and a protein shake for my partner. All seem excellent quality, durable and were packaged really nicely. I love the company ethics and ethos and the products were at an excellent price point compared to others on the market. I have been drinking much more water since getting the bottle and so far so good.”

“The best bottles. Ever. Really do keep drinks hot/cold and properly leakproof. Recently bought my 4th and 5th bottles (Nothing wrong with numbers 1-3. I left one in a Starbucks. One was a present. Still have one but wanted a bigger bottle and another present). There was a problem with the straw in one bottle but I contacted OGB and received a replacement straw 2 days later. Excellent, very personal customer service. I would never buy another brand of bottle again.”

“- Beautiful aesthetic design to the bottles. - Love that it’s a 1.2 litre bottle without looking off (as I drink a lot of water and prefer to avoid constantly keep having to refill) - Also, l like the fact that you can choose between using the straw or drinking from opening the cap directly (as I don’t like most straws on bottles) - Even better that the straw works without the straw stem inside the bottle - Built solid, plastic-free, insulated, 48 hour delivery”

“Wanted a replacement for a smaller sports bottle and noticed this one. Customer service excellent. The colour (Mangrove) is a bit quirky, holds the right amount for me and is not too heavy. Keeps my drink cool, which is what I really wanted. Really pleased with my purchase.”

“Have had a couple of these bottle for a few years now, stil just as good as when first purchased. Just brought a sloop carrier for the smaller bottle as my larger one has a jacket. The sloop carrier is really handy for when out on my walk.”

“For me it was the solid quality build as well as the lifetime warranty of the bottle. It came in a great colour as well and shipped quickly. Only weird bit is the different coloured keep top which only had one colour option.”

“I was looking for a stainless steel bottle to replace all the plastic ones that were given to my toddler through her first years and I saw a dad with 3 kids, all of them with the Botl bottles, but different sizes. I asked him about it and he recommended it. We received it last week and loved the packaging. It came next day after purchase, really quick.”

“I love the bottles, but have had terrible experience with all of the caps we've had. I think we're now 2 sports caps and 2 quench caps down (all broken), have the flip cap with a green spout but the kids can't use them because they've got no air hole to release the suction so they're really difficult to use! And then I wish there was a cheaper/slower postage option for an order just with caps/straws in to make replacing them a bit easier too.”

Hi Helen, Thanks for your review and so sorry to hear about your bad experience. Did you manage to get in touch with us regarding the issues so we can help. I wonder if they were broken on arrival or through another means. Please get in touch so we can help. Regarding postage we are looking into alternative shipping to make it a bit cheaper for customer. Currnetly we use royal mail for everything, but they do tend to be more expensive. Please rest assured we don't make any profit and only charge what we get charged by royal mail. I hope this helps.
