“Took me a while to find an insulated bottle with the lid I wanted - straw/sip - and the COLOUR - I am not a pink girl and love bright colours - found yellow and green in my shades ! Oh I’m so happy which one to chose ? of course I bought both in different sizes, quick delivery and received teacher discount, love the cardboard tubes they come in and being a teacher will find a good use for them ⭐”

“I bought a One Green Bottle some years ago and that one lives in my car. I have recently been sleeping downstairs in my home as I have been having an extensive decortating project in half of my house. As I am using the Utility room as my bathroom I needed another Green Bottle to use there! So I had the oppertunity to choose a different colour this time an Orange which happened to be reduced, happy days!”

“I was so pleased to finally find a good alternative to plastic baby bottles. I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of plastic we use, particularly for anything that comes into contact with food and milk, but finding a practical non-plastic option for a baby bottle isn’t easy. The One Green Bottle has been exactly what I was looking for. It feels really well made, is practical for everyday use and means I can avoid using plastic bottles for my baby. I only wish I’d found them sooner!”

“We first purchased from One Green Bottle over 6 years ago and were so happy with our first bottles (stainless steel, non-insulated) that we bought more, as did everyone in our friend circle – all of which are still in daily use now. Recently we realised we needed some larger bottles for camping and naturally went looking for One Green Bottle, and to our delight, they've only got better. We're now another four bottles richer and they're all perfectly doing their jobs, and I was pleased to find that the lids for the newer style bottles are still compatible with our old bottles, which makes it so much easier when juggling bottle pieces. Tried and true product, definitely recommended.”

“This is the best company for drinking bottles. They have been copied, but you can't beat the best on the market. They have brilliant customer service and will always go the extra mile to solve any queries or problems. I have bought extra and replacement items both by post and in person at their sales counter. I have owned their bottles for over 10 or maybe 12 years and bought for all my family . Highly recommended!!”

“My husband has two 800ml tough canteens which have been brilliant, particularly as they fit snugly into a bike bottle cage. As they'd had such a great road test I wanted to get a couple for myself - one 800 and one 500ml so it would fit neatly in my smaller bike's bottle cage. I especially wanted an all stainless steel cap, like my husband's bottles came with, so I was quite disappointed when the 500ml arrived with a plastic inner cap. I was also disappointed to not have the option to reject the plastic top and straw combo, which we now have four of and will never use. I'm doing my best to live sustainably, and try to shop from sustainable websites, so it seems counterintuitive of a website which claims to be sustainable to not let customers only choose they things they actually want rather than the packages put together by the sellers. Because I didn't want to use the plastic top, I then ordered a replacement all-steel top, but the new style seems less well manufactured than the originals, doesn't match the old steel tops and doesn't have the cool botl logo on the top. So, all in all, I'm pleased with the bottles themselves, less so with the tops. I've chosen 'I would not recommend this product' because of the all lid issues mentioned above.”

If customers would like to personalise an order, we're always happy to help via phone, email or live chat, and many customers use the notes section at checkout to request changes wherever possible. Due to the carbon emissions of sending the unwanted caps back, we recommend freecycling or recycling them. Our caps can go in the household recycling bin. Please remove the silicone valve and seal before, and check with your local recycling council to see how to recycle locally, as all councils have different requirements. As a B-Corp business, we ensure nothing needs to go into landfill 😊 We really appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our products and service.
